Well appointed classy hotel in the best location right between George V and champs elysee, yet private and quiet street. Concierge was fantastic and helpful to book restaurants. One of our rooms had the Eiffel view for first 2 nights and highly recommend!

We had to move one of our rooms for half of our stay and the classic room is too small! recommend only booking that for one person, not 2. Breakfast should not be in the basement - suggest move to street level restaurant.

Clean and welcoming. Junior suite was very spacious and our toddler enjoyed the adjoining room and sofa bed. Main room also had a sofa/ coffee table/ arm chairs in seating area.

Did have some access issues with only stairs for certain areas, but this was usually limited to 3-5 steps in each hallway.

Breakfast is an event - make time for it! It's served till 2pm - hahaha. The staff are seasoned and very responsive. My waiter literally ran to the kitchen to change my order when I changed my mind. We stay here a lot and the rooms and service are consistently good. Great location and all the rest.

Nothing - oh, maybe they can upgrade their printer (yes! there's a printer) in the reception.

The location is awesome, everything steps away, breakfast is nice and open till 1pm

breakfast was expensive . buffet that had a lot of choice but. frankly I was very disappointed in the croissants and pain au chocolate. They were fairly small and appeared store bought rather than from bakeries . we found delicious croissants throughout Paris…but not here .

I stayed in this hotel second time and would like to come back again. Very friendly and sympathetic staff, convenient location, good breakfast. Moreover I checked out, left France and found out that forgot my stuff in the room. Thanks to Magalie for finding it and keeping till my next visit to this beautiful hotel

Charming, cozy room in ideal location. Great view of the Eiffel Tower and other landmarks right from our 6th floor window. One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. Accommodating staff. Perfect for a romantic getaway, shopping, sightseeing, and experiencing Paris.

Rooms are very small - if u have lots of luggage take a bigger room. Also, all of the staff were extremely helpful and sweet except for one very rude man at the concierge (night shift one with black hair). we asked if he can book us at a restaurant for lunch and he kept saying its impossible to book and that they would never answer and he was giving us so much attitude rolling his eyes and puffing as if we were asking him for the impossible! In the end he refused to call them and we had to do it ourselves and we were able to book our lunch right the next day and go. he didnt even try to help - on the other hand the morning shift concierge is very friendly and helped us book alot of other restaurants

The hotel is situated in the very best location where you can easily visit all of the important landmarks on foot. Bonus: Great room view and a tasty breakfast which transforms into brunch as it ends at 14.00!

The room felt like a bit old; the bed was rather small and not really comfortable. The door of the room was creaky needs amendment.

- The decoration and style of the hotel and the rooms, as I didn't expect to be that nice. - The staff were very nice. - The location of the hotel was good.

- The lack of handheld bidet within the toilets, as base on my stay I saw a lot of Muslims/Arab visitors to the hotel, so I think you can provide them more care.
