Location was perfect. Close to champs Elysee as well as the metro. We stayed in a Deluxe Room. Bed was really comfortable and room was spacious. Loved being able to open big window doors onto the street. Breakfast was delicious. Freshly baked croissants and bread and perfect scrambled eggs.

We were on the 1st floor. Was a little noisy on Friday night - busy area, but not a major issue.

The first impression was that we loved the fragrance in the hotel lobby. The reception staff were very friendly and smiling and accommodating to secure a room for us given that we had arrived earlier than expected. We loved our room 15! Large, great view, nice decor, coffee machine in the room, super comfy beds, we slept like royalty. There was freshly squeezed juice for breakfast, smoked salmon, cheese, fresh bread, nice jams. The hotel location is also great, super close to Avenue des Champs-Élysées, and a lot of the places that we wanted to visit were located on the Metro line 1, which is the same line that we took from Gare de Lyon to the hotel. All in all, we had a great stay and will be back for sure.

staff was not helpful for booking the internment and restaurants, also they refused to give us water the Lady in the reception said only one time when you arrive!! first time in my life saw hotels didn't put water after clean the room

Hôtel Claridge Paris is in a great location, just of the Champs-Elysees near to shops and restaurants. Reception is beautiful and welcoming, and staff were courteous and professional. Our suite was a good size with all expected facilities. Our balcony overlooked the street and gave views of the wonderful architecture around us. Overall the staff made the stay special by giving us a lovely bottle of wine on arrival, then a bottle of champagne on my birthday - outstanding service! We will definitely be staying here again on our next to Paris!

The only minor criticism I had was that the bathroom was a little tired and could do with a refurb. The flooring in particular could do with replacing as it was curling up at some points. That said, it was still very clean and functional.

Very nice and memorable hotel to stay. Rooms were bigger than we expected - usually rooms in Paris are noticeably smaller. Pretty rich breakfast for fair price. Design of the hotel is the one you would expect to see in Paris. Men on the front desk were welcoming, kindly guided us through main features of hotel and neighborhood and helped us to lift kids stroller. Hotel provides service of delivering food from nearby restaurant (room service), we used it couple of times and it was fast and tasty.

One of the rooms had three windows which is good for the view but a bit cold from weather perspective (early winter).

Great hotel with great staff! From the reception to the maids. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. Our room number 35 is highly recommended. Spacious, clean, overlooking two beautiful streets. We were greeted by a beautiful surprise in the form of the famous French salted butter caramels, which are made in the famous Angelina pastry shop. I would especially like to thank Mr. Thomas from the reception who recommended us a wonderful restaurant from 1686! Then Olga, who was always helpful, professional and smiling during breakfast. As well as Pierre from the reception and Elena the maid. Really recommendable hotel! Here we come again! Thank you for everything dear Claridge

We stayed in the Claridge Hotel in May. First, the staff was very kind and helpful. They warmly greeted us at the reception desk. It was nice to find a welcome bottle of vine upon our arrival. Our room was squeaky clean. We had fresh towels and sheets every day. The chambermaids left the sweets every day - trifle, but nice. We stayed in more expensive hotels in Paris, but not always we receive such a good service like in Claridge even for a higher price. The location of the Hotel is just perfect. A few minutes walk from Champs Elysees, avenue Montaigne, Eifel Tower and not far from the other sightseeings. A great variety of boutiques and fine restaurants to dine in just near the Hotel. The view from the window was lovely! We enjoyed watching how the sun goes down below the Paris roofs. Finally, a special THANK YOU to Tomasz, the chambermaids and the other staff. More than a week after we left, I realized I had forgotten ONE boot in the room. I am beyond grateful that they met their efforts, found it and sent it to me to the other country. I was pleasantly amazed to know that Claridge staff can cope with such unusual requests of their guests.

the best hotel in Paris, top location, very clean and beautiful deco, best staff very helpful. My daughter dropped her contact Lense in the sink and it went down the drain, sorry I forgot this male staff he was very helpful sending a plumber to retrieve her lense. Thank you so much for your wonderful staff hotel Claridge. I would definitely recomend all my friends and every one to stay here.

Nice clean rooms, experienced and helpful staff, wonderful location with landmarks, restaurants, bars and shops in the close vicinity.. Balcony of the 5th floor with a view was a pleasant additional touch to our stay.

Soundproofing in the hotel is effective to street noise and not so much to internal noises. Although all the necessary amenities are available in the rooms, a certain upgrade could be useful.
