hello! i didn’t have expectations as i read a lot of negative comments before. i want to Say that in our room ( Triple, room 21) everything was ok, towels and cleaning everyday. a bit noise as the room has view to main street, but after a long day it was not a problem. on a Little negative side, at some corners you can meet Homeless men and maybe this is way i have read before that it is not a safe space. we felt safe, i recommend trasport by bus ( line 54 is right in front of hotel) and by metro, we recommend Poissoniere Even if it is a Little bit further then Gare du Nord or Barbes-R. for this money and if you plan to spend all day in the city, i think it is a very good choice.

The location is close to Gare Du Nord station. The bedroom and bathroom are bigger than what I expected considering the price of what I paid for. Expect to be noisy at night from cars since you might need to open the window during summer but my family doesn't have any problem with it.

The balcony gave us a stunning view of the side streets. It was right In the middle of boulevard magenta, with easy and quick accessibility to the metro, and busses.

Curfew of 1am was a little off putting due to wanting to go out for some night time life in the centre of Paris. Booking an evening meal at cafe de l’homme, we were looking forward to staying out a little late. Unfortunately with the curfew of the doors being locked we 1am we were forced to make plans earlier, which meant we could not go out and enjoy the surrounding bars in the area for drinks.

The location is great, super close to metro and bus stops. Very comfortable beds and fabulous linen. We stayed in a triple room, it was my sister, a friend and I and we enjoyed our stay. We felt very safe and the staff was lovely and accommodating. The heating was great.

Honestly the only thing that I could fault is that the room was a little dark. It was fine for us as we only used the room to sleep so it wasn’t that much of a big deal.

We stayed in this hotel at the start and end of our holiday as it is very close to Gare du Nord. Our second stay was great as the room was bigger, and also did not look over a busy road, so was quieter. The beds are comfortable and sheets very clean. The bathrooms are small (but not unusually so for a Parisian central hotel!). Staff are always welcoming and friendly. I would suggest asking for a room with a 3 (13, 23, 33 etc) as I think those rooms all look over the quieter street - but this hotel is in the centre of noisy Paris; earplugs and an eye mask are a necessity. However, when the windows are closed the room is quiet, but hot in the summer....

I have vertigo and the stairs are quite steep - but there is a compact lift that you can use.

Hotel is in great location, close to gare du nord 5-10 mins by walking. At nights it's bit scary because neighborhood gets unsafe at night but it is not a problem if you are not a solo traveller. Rooms are big enough and heating system was perfect, we didn't get cold. Rooms were also clean and we got cleaning service each day. Hotel personel were cheerful and tried to help us. Prices were too economic. We had a great experience!

Though small but it is comfortable. The shower is mini mini but acceptable & very clean. location is top for me. Only 4 minute-walk to Gare du Nord. The staff is also super, more so they are Muslims. And Muslims are good people anywhere & any time, because their religion teaches them to be so to everyone. and the mini elevator is also to convenient.

The placement of the TV. However I didnt have time to watch TV at all.

Staff were fantastic, location was great for us arriving train, lots of facilities near by. Room was great for family of five with kids in a separate room.

A bit far from centre but close to train so can’t complain. Bed was very uncomfortable, very hard. Gave a poor score for cleanliness due to fridge - something left there from what looked like many guest ago, but rest of room was perfect.

The object was in a nice location and as was described. The room was clean and had a view of the street. The location is very accessible to multiple transports, there is a bus for Montmarte in front of the street, and a bus and metros within 5 min walking distance to the centre and other directions in the city.

They let us to leave our bags when we arrived before the check in and after the check out, as they were at 14 and 12 o'clock. However, when we were leaving our bags they didn't mark them with anything and they were left in a storage room with tens of other bags. So someone could have taken the other bags and you have to rely on the recipient's attention and other people. The rest was everything okay and as in description.

The staff are amazing in this hotel. Super friendly and very advisable on tourist destinations. Speak good English. The house keeping was very good and supplied fresh linen and towels daily. I was really happy with this hotel especially for the price. Just a stone throw from the met/train station. Close to Moulin Rouge as well.
