The proximity to the train station was ideal. Give you the opportunity to have a Lay in if your train is a early train. The hotel was quite clean abs tidy, the staff were all pleasant and very helpful especially when we needed direction and also when we needed recommendations and to where was best to have something to eat close by.

The lift was quite small even though they recommended that it was for 3 people. The breakfast area was also quite small, only approximately 4 or five table which was well short of the capacity of hotel itself. Regarding the room we had, the only negative we had was that the shower head wasn’t clean which was quite off putting to use.

very nice staff. Room size was perfect- spacious. Room had two long window doors that opened. You can actually sit on the balcony- balcony not just decorative. tv worked well. nice modern bathroom. beds comfy. Elevator was so funny- only one person and a small suitcase can fit. it’s shockingly tiny!! I like the spiral staircase. Hotel location right across street from EuroStar fantastic!! Thats incredibly convenient!!

My room carpet had dirty stains from people wearing their wet dirty shoes throughout the room. carpet was vacuumed and clean but was stained with footprints. And room door inside was dirty and stained. Definitely needs to be repainted to make it clean again

The hotel location was perfect, right opposite Gare du Nord station. Breakfast was simple yet delicious. Plenty of cafes/restaurants and places to eat right at our doorstep. Easy access to trains and buses. The host and cook were lovely and helpful.

WiFi did not offer a great signal. The showers could do with re-grouting. Walls could be soundproofed between rooms. Hallways need some loving - e.g. painting or wall papering.

location right in front of « Gare du Nord » (we were coming back from London) and direct access to Charles de Gaulle airport from Gare du Nord or from the highway very nice and welcoming staff rooms are quite big which is surprising for a Parisian staff

the shower water was licking everywhere

It’s literally across the road from the station and the metro stop is on your doorstep. Lots of restaurants a stone throw away.

We asked to move room as we were originally put in a small dark room, this was no trouble as they accommodated us and the next room was lovely.

The location is amazing - just right across from Gare Du Nord. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the surrounding vicinity. The staff were really helpful in answering any questions we had.

I read reviews earlier that said the hotel has been refurbished, but it didn't seem so. The room was really old, and had a musty smell. I had to air the room every time we came back to the hotel. Breakfast spread wasn't great - but if you're coming to Paris, best bet would be to get breakfast in cafes.

Location is perfect - just across the road from Gare du Nord so coming in from Eurostar was easy. There is a metro station at the front door so that made getting around Paris easy.

the staff were amazing, the gentleman checking us in was so incredibly helpful and understanding of our situation (stuck in Paris overnight) and he gave us a great room and helped us find some things we needed. the bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size and very clean.

Location - very close to Gare du Nord. Fantastic double glazing - no noise from the busy street outside. Beds were very comfy. Lovely shower

The room safe didn't work. Coffee wasn't topped up after first day - but these niggles in no way spoilt out stay!
