The staff was really helpful, very polite and supportive, many thanks to everyone that was at the reception desk during our stay! The location of the hotel is great (close to railway station/bus station/Metro station etc.), the breakfast is good (especially the croissants and the coffee :)), the room was comfortable, so I would recommend it for short or medium stays for visiting the wonderful Paris.

The carpet in the hallway is old and stained; it gives the impression of uncleanliness and a strange smell in the room. The elevator was out of order.

The staff was incredibly nice and forthcoming! We had to leave a bit earlier to catch a train and they made sure the breakfast was prepared a littlebit earlier so that we would be in time. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is simple but with quite a few options (buns, croissants, apple sauce, orange juice, coffee, yoghurt, apples...). The hotel itself is a littlebit older but that really is compensated by the staff who try to make sure you have a great stay. For this prize, there really isn't anything to complain about.

Room was small but sufficient. Location was very close to Gare du Nord, convenient for me. Bathroom was great, with big tub, lots of fluffy towels, everything very clean and modern.

Only one tiny elevator for everyone including housekeeping staff, so was often in use by them, so a lot of waiting. Housekeepers were not quiet in mornings in hallways, talking loudly, even at 7 am. Returning guests talking loudly in hallways, at all hours of late evenings. My key card often didn’t work until I inserted it in key slot at least 20 times, very frustrating.

very convenient for Gare Du Nord, we had to get a very early train. Room was spacious. Beds were very comfortable and cosy with Duvets which are not that common in Paris it seems. Excellent powerful shower, plenty of hot water. Double glazing windows meant that room was quiet. reception staff, friendly and helpful.

all was good for us but if you had wanted to open windows for example in the summer the street noise would have been noisy

The location was great, the staff really friendly and interested. The room was small but tidy and clean. Due to it being really warm we left tjr window open all day and night and therefore really noisy, however this is the centre of Paris and this is what one can expect 😃

The toilet seat was broken but this didn't hinder our business 😉

This is an old hotel, but in good condition, there was also an old but still perfectly working elevator, We had a room with a balcony (note: balcony is sheared). The location is perfect, 3 minutes walk to the Metro Gare du Nord. The staff was very friendly.

Hotel staff was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to talk to. Always helpful and extremely accommodating in all regards.

Carpets are in dire need of cleaning, as they look like they havent been cleaned in a very long time. A deep cleaning of carpets with a special machine is very much needed. The room was quite cold, heating that is present is not enough to warm up the room.

It’s a decent place to stay with easy access, walking distance to main station Gare du Nord and other public transport Metro/RER and buses to all the places of interest to visit. Staffs are very kind. Suitable for Muslim to stay.

Distance to public transports. Comfortable 2 rooms next to each other for me and my kids. Free wifi for my kid to attend his online class.

It was unusually hot so the rooms were very warm, even with a fan. But that is nobody's fault as I knew I was booking a room without airconditioning. Tiny lift.

The staff was very friendly and quick to assist us when we asked. We had a very nice room with a balcony that was great for my wife's social media posting. The location is perfect, maybe five minutes walk from Gare De Nord station which has trains to and from the airport. Additionally ATMs, restaurants, and pharmacies (With Covid testing available.) are very common. Special note to the restaurants which range from French to Chinese and even a vegan place, you can eat at a different one for a week or two and never repeat or go further than a few minutes!

I can barely list this as a negative as it is true of every place I've stayed in Europe but you will hear traffic, even on the fifth floor it felt loud.
