Short walk from Gard du Nord and close to Metro and buses into city centre. 2 star hotel so basic but comfortable bed and the room had everything I required for overnight stay. The fan came in handy as it was very hot in Paris. Luggage storage area and friendly staff. Very happy overall.

Perfect if you plan on spending majority of your time out enjoying the city. Nice cozy rooms to come back to in the evening. The staff was very friendly and lovely and also spoke english well. Breakfast was delicious. Bed was soft and nice. Room was small but that was not a problem for us since we spent our days mostly sightseeing and shopping.

The air quality was a bit humid which was a little unpleasant at first. But if you leave the window open for some time it gets a lot better.

Excellent location close to Gare du Nord close to metro and with several bus lines passlng by. Rooms comfortable and clean. Bathroom small but sufficient with natural light i.e. window toward as street. Good isolation in the windows very quiet at night even if street can be busy. Old style decor in the common areas. Breakfast was simple but ok for its reasonable price.

It would have been nice to have a safe and fridge. There is no air conditioning only a ventilator so it can be hot in warm days .

Nice and clean near the metro station ( always prefer line 7 of metro and station Poissoniére never line 2 Barbés -Rochechouart station especially at night ) . Very polite and helpful staff!

Good cleaning service (fresh towels every day) and good room size. There were plenty of hooks and shelves to put away clothes, as well as a working TV with cable. The hotel was just a short walking distance from the Gare du Nord and the Poissonnière metro station. Various restaurants in the area. Staff spoke English.

The elevator was very small (maximum three people at a time, or 2 people with luggage). The bathroom was modern and spacious, however the shower/bathtub didn't have a full door or curtain, only a small glass panel, so you had to be careful not to splash.

The room was one of the cleanest, nicest rooms I've stayed in in a Parisian hostel. It's a typical small room, but it doesn't feel claustrophobic due to the set up and cleanliness. The shower even had a thing to hang the showerhead (always a plus in France)! Housekeeping came everyday, and I like that they had you leave the key at the front desk when you go out for the day so you never lose it.

Window opens to the courtyard where the trash is - can kind of smell it.

10 minute walk from Gare du Nord. This was a small 2 star hotel that was pleasant and friendly. The bathroom was small but functional. The bedroom was clean and compact.

It was hot weather and there was no air-conditioning. The windows open onto a road that could be noisy at times, so without air-con I couldn't shut out the noise.

Location was excellent, close to Gare du Nord and metro, cafes, restaurants and shops. Easy to operate and efficient shower.

I arrived during unusually hot weather and had to keep windows wide open to stay cool at night. The double glazed windows were very efficient at keeping noise levels down but only applies during the cooler months.

The hotel is basic but is excellent value. The rooms are spotless with clean linen and towels. The hotel is small, very friendly and safe. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Gare du Nord is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. We had a choice of lovely restaurants to choose from on the hotel door step. A vibrant and busy part if Paris easily accessed by other areas and metro, we felt safe in the evening. If we return to Paris we would most definitely stay here.

The location is great and the staff were always nice to help. Value for money worth it considering the high season, the city and the location. Location is really good, with several services close by and the subway 5 min walking.

Acoustical insulation between rooms is rather poor. If you have noisy host in the contiguous rooms it can be uncomfortable. Rooms are fine to sleep and in the night is quiet, but the are rather small.
