I liked the location, the service ,very clean hotel, comfortable bed.

Missing curtain on the Window, and pillows but comfortable.

Booked last minute due to the strikes in France. Needed somewhere cheap near the Gare L’Est. Great value for money. Bed and pillows really comfy. Bathroom towels thick and good quality. Room looked freshly painted. Room was ready early so that was a bonus after a long journey. Definitely recommend. Great value for money.

Nothing to do to with the hotel. One of the neighbouring rooms playing loud music at 5.30am was really rude.

It’s was next to a couple of chain and local restaurants. Right across the street from Gare de l’Est station and a 8-10 minute walk from Gare de Nord. The buses stop right in front of the hotel, there is a currency exchange convenience shop, and small grocery store around the corner. The location was great. The hotel was able to accommodate a family of 4 adults in the same room, warning though, the room was slightly small we were mainly in the room at night for bedtime. We were able to open up two windows to let some fresh air in throughout the night. They had tv and cleaned our room everyday. We chose the option to eat breakfast in the morning, but they had a very limited selection of food.

The elevator (lift) was super small!!! We had to get up to our room one by one with our luggage and it was a tight fit. It says the elevator is only for two people but it feels super claustrophobic. It only goes up to the 4th floor and if you have rooms on the 5th or 6th floor you have to walk up the stairs. Also, the hotel is right next to a train station and late at night people are still out and about, so if you like it to be more quieter this isn’t the place.

Great location and great value! You are just a few feet from a metro and there are many shops around for you to eat at and shop at. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and big enough you could have space to move around in and not feel cramped. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope someday we can come back and stay again!

Beds are a little stiff and the street noise was a bit loud.

Loved the view of Paris and our amazing balcony! Delicious breakfast (baguettes, croissants, cappuccino, fruit, cheese, yogurts, and more!). The breakfast had the longest hours we found in Europe (7-10;30) which was appreciated. The staff were all super sweet. The location was close to the Gare de L'est train station, a metro stop, and tons of restaurants. The neighborhood was a bit rowdy at night, but we enjoyed walking, especially up to Montmartre. Enjoyed thoroughly by our family of 4, including 2 teens.

The beds were comfy but the comforters were too warm for summer- we would have preferred a thin sheet or blanket. Our room was 5th floor and we had to take a tiny lift to the 4th floor and walk the last flight. We ended up walking up all 5 flights, which was a good workout, but I could see someone with a lot of bags or limited mobility having problems.

Location at its very best. Room larger than expected. And the electric tea kettle with a few tea bags was an additional surprise. The bed was very comfortable and the toilet/shower was very practical and efficient. The continental breakfast was sufficient and varied enough for the price. Very friendly staff. Request for a quiet room graciously granted. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Very GOOD Location, next to Gare de l'Est this Single Room was really big for one to stay Room is very clean and comfortable Plenty of Power outlet in the room Water is really hot and very good pressure

Some of the residents are making big noise at night This room was close to stairs, so it would be a bit noise when people coming up and down The elevator is too small for anyone with luggages

The location is very strategic . The receptionist was friendly and nice Close to train station and bus stop. And nearby there are many restaurant and supermarket

The room was a little small. there was no fridge in a room. It wold be good fora 5 day stay, the sheets should have been changed .

Hotel D Alsace is a great place to stay; the location is perfect, next to restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets and only 30mins walk to the river Seine and Monmatre! The room was very clean and tidy, while the beds were absolutely comfortable! I totally recommend it and when I go back in Paris I would definitely stay there again!

The location is located nearby gare de l’est and my room was relatively quiet from the street noise. The room interior is lovely colour with some light design. The breakfast was very nice served.

The TV was not working but no one was assigned to fix it during my stay. There could be some background noise when others pass by the corridor during the nights.
