The hotel is a good value for a money, the cleaning was good. Location is convenient as well, we walked from hotel to main attractions. We arrived late so it was nice to have bottles with water so that we didn’t need to go to shop. The staff is very friendly.

We got the room with small window looking into the wall of other building, but it wasn’t a big problem as we were out of the room all days and arriving in the night.

The location was great, the hotel was easily reached and found, most sights are within a walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were basic but quite sufficient for a morning meal. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this hotel

The window faced the inner side of the hotel with the stairs and the window didn't open. But it wasn't a big problem. Overall we're very glad to have chosen this hotel.

A pleasant hotel which is located in a great neighbourhood, a short walk from both the Gare du Nord and Gare du l'Est train stations. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good.

My room was super tiny, with a small single bed installed against one of the walls. At a cost of €169 per night, my room (at just a few square metres) was very expensive real estate indeed!

Location is excellent for exploring city center and outskirts. Hotel is cozy with tattoo-like style of interior. Rooms are not big, but there is enough room for two grow people to move around. Overall a pleasant experience.

Not much to dislike as long as your expectations are realistic.

Great location: 2 minutes to Metro, 10 minutes to Gare du Nord. In a quiet street. Staff were very helpful and approachable. Breakfast was great - especially the fresh orange juice. Would have liked to see more healthy cereal options - only oats or kiddie cereals available. Room was compact but all we needed. Bathroom was clean. Beds were super comfy and difficult to leave! Free tea and coffee throughout stay was great.

it was very clean and in an excellent location with easy access to all the sights

lift was very temperamental worked sometimes but not others so more often than not ended up waking to the 4th floor and by end of stay it was completely out of order. it was too much of a big deal for us but would have been very annoying if you had mobility issues and couldn’t get up the stairs.

The staff were amazing, everybody was extremely kind and welcoming at all times. Location was very convenient, two mins away from Gare de L'Est close to trains, metro and buses and within walking distance from supermarkets and shops. Breakfast was good, even freshly squeezed orange juice was available, and towels were changed daily. I would happily come back.

The room was a bit dark and chilly (especially the bathroom) we had to keep the heating to the maximum. A few more light points and wall hooks would have been useful. The alley where the hotel is is a bit dodgy and smells of urine.

Good location, the north train station, which connects to the airport, is close, and the metro station, which connects to the city center, is also close; helpful staff; clean room.

Breakfast is basic, no vegetables. I found two plates stuck with a slice of cheese, so they were not cleaned well. The room is very small. Wi-fi didn't work for me on any of the three phones I had.

- English is not very well understood by staff, the receptionist had to use google translate many times - reception didnt give or knows proper assistance or steps to take in case of loss of property - breakfast buffet the lady kept disappearing, no one to help as food and milk run out

Room was adequately sized for my 10 yr old and I....we had a good sized bathroom...decor is a little dark on 4th floor...but all in all a great room in a fantastic location with good transport links! Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Added bonus of being able to leave our luggage when we arrived in Paris and also before we departed.
