Location is perfect, lots of major places of interest in 10-15 min walk or up to 20 min by metro. There are several metro stations nearby. A lot of restaurants, cafes nearby, a supermarket is really close as well. The hotel is situated at a nice little street which is calm and not too noisy. The room has all the necessities, great shampoo, shower gel, etc. The hotel staff is great and very helpful, thanks!

Pillows are not comfortable. Also there were quite a lot of stains on the carpet and curtains, but the room cleaning is very good. The room is small for the price but that’s normal for Paris - just something I noticed.

Leo greeted us at the front desk upon arrival with friendliness and exceptional communication. Each time we saw him he remembered my name and which room my family and I were staying. He is a true asset to the hotel. The room was larger than expected and the location is right in the middle of the "action" so to speak. Great access to several metro lines and walking distance to many attractions.

Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was great. However, the carpet in our room showed signs of wear and dirt. It was the only detail of our stay that could use some attention.

Room has an excellent size for the Parisian standards, hotel location is fantastic, steps away from Place de Madeleine and from a subway station. Bathroom is bigger than most hotels of the same category in Paris. Staff is very helpful and all facilities very clean. Also very silent rooms.

The only problem the hotel has is that the in room control of the air conditioning didn't seem to work well. Although we set the temperature at the minimum, it was probably central controlled.

The location was excellent. Very close to two major metro stops and easy walking to shops etc. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff helpful. They offer two kinds of breakfast which was nice. Would highly recommend this hotel and very happy to come back again if we come to Paris.

Since they offer two kinds of breakfast it would be a good idea if the hotel took note each day of what type of breakfast the customer takes and ask the customer to sign for it to avoid any confusion when checking out.

Excellent location, with metro stations nearby as well as numerous restaurants and shopping streets. Staff of the hotel -especially the receptionists - were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and provided assistance whenever needed. The room was nice and spacious.

The breakfast options were quite limited. The fridge inside the room didn't remain cold. Additionally, some corners of the room weren't properly cleaned.

The staff were super friendly and helpful especially Léo and the staff taking night shift during 7/28-7/30. The gym facility were clean and new. They also offer free coffee and tea in the comfortable lobby area. Every day cleaning were perfect and thoughtful. We have everything we need ;) the room is comfortable with a large bathroom which even offered bathrobes, super clean and we are satisfied!! The location is right in the center area and next to the Metro. Perfect location but without too many people/cars surrounding. We love our 4 nights stay and highly recommend to couples! Looking forward to visiting again!

Excellent location, 1 min by walk from Madeleine metro station(which is convenient in Paris in traffic time). Small, cozy hotel with nice and helpful stuff. Breakfast is not major but all you need is there.

Room size is terrible. I was stepping on my luggage and stuff. When you see in a description box a size of room - 14-16 m - you should understand that this is a size of the whole room including a bathroom. Don’t be mistaken. So… money value is under big question…

The personnel was absolutely lovely and helpful with all our questions and needs. The hotel has a very comfortable lobby, which was particularly nice as we were traveling for work so we could meet there. A big Merci to Leo, Janne, Chang and all the other personnel for going above and beyond to help their guests. Rooms were beautiful and clean, breakfast was excellent, good coffee available all day.

Hotel de Seze offered great facilities. The room was spacious and the aircon was a great addition in the very hot weather they were having making our stay much more comfortable. They had everything you needed and the clarins products were lovely. The bath had a TV and jets which was an added extra we didn’t expect! The hotel is near lots of restaurants and shops and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The location wasn’t 100% for attractions we wanted to see however we were aware of this and this is reflected in the price. I also have to mention the Taxi company we were provided when taking us to the airport wasn’t ideal. The man was very aggressive and shouting at other drivers. There were a few situations I thought we were going to get in an incident which made me a little uneasy however I appreciate this isn’t the hotel and I wouldn’t want this reflecting badly on them.

Great location, served us great for a business event we had to attend. Easy access on foot to major dining and shopping centres, theaters etc. Comfortable bed, quiet at night with window overlooking the patio. Flat TV was huge and had some English speaking channels. Staff at reception was always eager to politely respond and help with an elaborate advice.

Flimsy wall between the two bathrooms (i.e. that of the opposite room), you could hear the noise as if walls had zero insulation. Colleague staying at room overlooking the street had to endure the noise from some construction workers across the road, but that should only be temporary.
