The staff at the hotel was exceptional. They were knowledgeable of the area, extremely helpful with travel needs and made the overall experience above average. This is a first class hotel and I would highly recommend it.

The shower doors split in the center and were useless. After showers there would be a huge puddle outside the shower door that wet the carpet in the room. This had obviously been a problem for a while since the bathroom door frame was rotted where the shower leaked.

The location was unbeatable! Easy access to multiple Metro lines (closest to Madeleine) and walkable to Palais Garnier and RoissyBus (cobblestone-free)! Room was cozy but more than adequate. Very creative and pleasant decor. Plus a Pret a Manger across the street if desperate for decent takeout (plenty of cafés nearby).

A little hard to find - outside signage is subtle. Can’t miss sex toys shop across the street though! (Don’t worry - the neighborhood is fine!)

The location of this place is great. It’s very central and less than a mile walk to almost everything. I liked the size of the bathroom (very large by Parisian standards) and the shower was huge. The room was exceedingly quiet which I thought was really unusual for a City hotel. The staff were very helpful - a blown fuse (my fault) was fixed immediately. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was very clean. This place is a great value for the money and I think we have just found our new “go to” place in Paris!!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They said my room was upgraded and, indeed, it was large, on the top floor and had 4 windows.

I was travelling alone and Booking.com insisted I was 2 people! I don’t know if I paid for 2?? Breakfasts were copious, but tea or coffee was 1/2 pot or 1 cup. One morning I ordered 2 teas and got 2 breakfasts! The hotel was very near the Madeleine, a useful Metro stop. Taxis were more difficult because the hotel is on a narrow one way street. All in all, it was a good stay. The bill was surprisingly high because of all the taxes.

They upgraded me to a more spacious room as a first-time visit gift, which was a pleasant surprise! The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice work space too. Breakfast was good and all staff very friendly.

The elevator is quite slow, I gave up using it a couple of times because it just took a very long time to arrive.

The staff members were really exceptional and strive to do everything to make our stay convenient,, cleaning was every day on time and flexible if u want change the time, I asked for a taxi from the gentleman at night and was waiting for me on early morning - the area was quite and surrounded with all what we need - will come again per sure

I had to for extra time for check in - breakfast was normal but ok - a bit long walkable distance to champ eleysee

Superior room with balcony was spacious and clean. The location was excellent - metro nearby and not more than 20 minutes walk to sites/museums on the Right Bank.

Comfortable, quiet room. Hotel in super location near Auber and Opera. Good aircon. Staff friendly and helpful.

Could do with tea/coffee facility in the room. Double bed is a bit small.

Exceptionally clean hotel. Excellent continental breakfast, altho it was a tad expensive. Staff was very accommodating and seemed truly concerned about my comfort.

Breakfast was expensive for what was available. Staff serving breakfast were exceptional.

Friendliest staff I've probably met. They were kind enough to offer me umbrellas under the brutal Paris rain and they were super helpful! Location is unbeatable.
