The hotel was really nice and clean. The room was spacious and it’s in a very great location!

The only thing I can criticize is the price of the champagne bottles, but the prices in the hotel brochure you have in the room and at the bar are not the same. The prices in the brochure are way cheaper and apparently outdated so they should change them in the brochure

Room was very nice, clean, and hotel was a great location for shopping with access to metro.

There is no coffee to be had in this place! That was not good for me. There was a set up that said free coffee but it was not there. We don't eat a big breakfast so using the Dining room for an $18 breakfast each day was not for us.

We liked the decor, the room. The hotel is very clean and the location is great . Nice buffet breakfast. Igir (I hope the spelling is correct) , the manager at the restaurant during breakfast, is very kind, professional and welcomed us each morning with a smile, asking if everything was ok and if we had a good night.

The people at the front desk never said hi when we were going out or returning to the hotel. They should be more cheerful with the hotel guests.

when we arrived the receptionist was very unbothered and wasn’t very welcoming. plus no one informed us that the corridors were painted and the smell of the paint was in the room which is not nice. plus on the website it is said that spa is complimentary, however it’s 60euros

Where do I start?! Honestly, the hotel exceeded my expectations. We were very warmly greeted by the staff for our check-in. We arrived at around 10am at the property with our luggage, and the staff had helped us with the check-in process and kept our luggage until 2/3pm. Location is great - it is right near the Opera with greatly connected to the Metro station and bus stops (very easy if you are catching the RossyBus to CDG), and is surrounded by amazing restaurants and cafes. It is a walkable / cycable distance from the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. Our room was massive compared to other hotels we had for our trip, and could comfortably open two hardshell suitcases together and still have spare space to walk around. The bathroom was big as well. The beds were comfortable. Room had enough lights and power sockets for charging phones, cameras, etc. Housekeeping services were top notch. We did not have breakfast included, however, there is free filtered water downstairs.

I had a wonderful two night stay at this beautiful hotel. From the moment I stepped foot through the door, I was greeted by my name which immediately made me feel more than welcomed. The ambiance and front desk vibe of the staff was everything! Yuva, especially made me feel like he was my personal concierge, making sure I was well taken care of with a welcome champagne bottle, a little plate of macarons, giving me the best suggestions for restaurants, printing out and providing me detailed instructions on how to get to certain places etc. The hotel and the entire staff that I came in contact with left a lasting impression and made for a memorable trip. Thank you!

Room was perfect, very clean and with a nice comfortable bed. bathroom was well stock with soup and shampoo and clean towels every day. Location was excellent, you are within walking distance to main attractions in Paris and if you have to use transportation Uber is the way to go, fast and reliable. Plenty of restaurant and bars nearby. Staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful and they have a good breakfast brunch and complementary coffee, water and bread every day in the launch area.

That I did not know about complementary coffee, water and bread every day in the launch area until my very last day. It would be nice if you can include and iron in the rooms. we always needed it.

The staff were exceptional! They were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I wish they wore name tags so I could mention their names! The rooms had a Parisian touch to them and were clean and very comfortable. Our rooms faced the inner courtyard so we’re very quiet. Breakfast was delicious with a very good variety of food to choose from. There was a large and comfortable sitting area near the foyer where you could get a hot drink and help yourself to water. Once you walked out the front cafes and shops were all close by. I would not hesitate to stay there again! A huge Merci to the staff!

Great location.

One of the front desk staff was not particularly helpful. When asked for advice and directions on the paper map, her response was "use google maps, we all do."
