Great hotel near the Opera and the Lafayette galleries. 20 minutes walking distance to the Louvre, and many subway lines are near as well. Very spacious for Paris standards and clean. The street where it's located is full of restaurants and take away options from different cuisines, all of them looking very good. We recommend to stay here, maybe ask for a room that doesn't have a window to the street.

The shampoo and body lotion could be better for a 4 stars hotel. There was a construction in front of our room and it was very noisy since early morning. The room needs more lighting.

The location, cleanliness, friendly front desk and decor.

The staff opened our door as we were dressing without knocking at 9:30 am. Later, They moved all of our things and put them in different places around the room apparently because they shampooed the carpet while we were out. We were very surprised when we returned to our room to find our things like that and a little worried! We were not told that would be happening and did not prepare. When we spoke to the front desk, they said the manager would be in touch with us, but we never heard from him.

It would have been nice to have sleepers. A more variate breakfast would have been also nice, e.g. some vegetables, etc. Brochures with city attractions around the area, concerts, city tours at reception would be useful.

Everything. Cozy, close to everything,. walk to the center of Paris. Excellent location. Excellent Staff. Everybody was so helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. I have traveled to many places and stayed in hotels but this hotel was not big like the Hilton and Hyatt but I felt like being with my family. Really. Even the Taxi driver through the hotel was amazing. Now, Sabrine, Alexander, and everyone at the Front desk reception day and night shift, the housekeepers and the kitchen Staff were excellent.

shower window facing other windows needs a curtain that block the view for privacy. it has a white see through curtains, maybe it’s ok to some people, it’s not a big deal.

We arrived 2 hours before the check in time, but given our ages 75+ the gentleman on reception gave us a coffee , and after only 45 mins. Informed us our room was ready, and also gave us an upgrade. We had a big well lit room. also it's good to have a comfortable reception with plenty of room to sit. Breakfast was on the whole good but for me I was a bit disappointed on the mornings when the scrambled egg dish was empty. But really Very Good Our Thanks

The only thing that we where both concerned about was that it was a shower over the bath with no grab rails to help you getting in and out. not a walk in shower. To be fair I had not recquested a walk in shower and it may be the bath was as a result of the room upgrade

Location is super convenient for shopping, access to subway and to many places. Front desk reception is great, highly responsive, good sense for security whenever they leave they'll temporarily lock the front door. Room is clean and comfortable, very good quality at the price.

The only thing I wish to improve is the hair dryer, it blows so weakly and basically cannot dry your hair. The hotel did send another one per request, but works at similar level.

This hotel is very cozy and ideal to return to after a day of sightseeing. Beds and pillows are really comfortable and the housekeeping is maintained to a very high standard. Located off the main road on a quieter street gives guests a quiet night’s sleep. The room decor includes beautiful French fabrics to give the guest an authentic Parisienne experience while including all modern conveniences. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful.

Location, design and convenience.

The location very near to Galleries la Fayette and walking distance to many branded shops and restaurants. Reception were so accommodating. The room is good for two adults only. As usual Paris rooms are small but our room has a vintage design. I love it! I always stayed in this hotel because its nearby to where we want to go. The staff were great and very accommodating to any request. This is my place to go when in Paris.

Not much.

Great location, near Palais Garnier, multiple metro stations, Place Vendome and Galleries Lafayette. Beds were very comfortable, rooms and bathroom tidy and clean. We had an issue with noise from a construction site and when we told the hotel staff they could not have been more helpful, really lovely to deal with, moved our room as soon as they could, and offered complimentary breakfast. They also found out it was my birthday on the day we were woken by the noise and offered complimentary champagne. For something they can’t control, they really did everything to help. We were even offered a refund if we had wanted to cancel our remaining nights, but chose to stay and move rooms instead.

We had a room facing the street and also a courtyard room (we moved) and noise and light was an issue from the street, and internal noise from the courtyard from other rooms was also a problem. If you’re a light sleeper it might not be for you, but otherwise shouldn’t be a problem. There was also construction going on during the week right outside the hotel, which is why we were moved rooms, and it was incredibly disruptive! But as per our comments above, the staff did everything they could to accommodate us. Might be worth checking if you are staying soon what the situation is with construction and request a courtyard room if you like to sleep past 8am!

The standard room of small five-storey property was relatively commodious and provided with practical utensils which are not usually available in its category, such as wine glasses, corkscrew, iron, ironing board, and some other amenities. Really enjoyed staying there. Moreover, its staff was friendly and quite resourceful.
