The staff were extremely kind, friendly and hospitable. The location was perfect for l’Opera Garnier, Le Louvre and shopping at Galeries Lafayette. A lift meant that handling luggage was easy. The bed was comfy, the thermostat responsive and the ability to open the large windows onto the quiet street below was a huge bonus. The room service was prompt and the bath/ shower facilities were among the easiest to fathom in central Europe. I grew to like this property more and more the longer I stayed in it.

I liked that the accommodation was environmentally friendly but I would have profited from one bright desk lamp.

Superb service. I forgot a ring and they found it, contacted me after check-out and returned it. (I have in the past experienced actual theft of valuable and important heirloom rings at 5-star hotels, left out on bathroom sink after washing hands, so I massively appreciated the superb service.) Bed wasn't the most comfortable ever and room was typical Parisian smaller size, but service & cleanliness were impeccable, location was excellent and I was very happy with the experience.

Some might prefer a softer mattress; I have had those at other Parisian hotels in the same price range. But really no complaints!

The property was a piece of art with each corner of the Maison having a piece of history! The rooms were clean the staff I have no words for always excelling in everything we asked for ! This was our first time in Paris and I am thankful for the choice we made they exceeded our expectations!! Thank you for giving us a little of your hospitality and friendly environment making an impression that touched our hearts and made us look forwards to returning sooner rather than later!! ♥️♥️

Lovely cosy bedroom with great bathroom and shower. The lobby was a lovely environment to come back to after a days site seeing. The staff were amazing and very attentive. We loved the option to have breakfast delivered to the room, it made for very relaxing mornings.

I honestly couldn’t think of one negative about our stay.

The location was really great--close to the Opera house, the river and the shopping streets. Check in was very fast and simple. The hotel is very atmospheric and creates a great overall impression. The hotel very kindly fulfilled my request for a room with a private terrace. The air conditioning was very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but we had drinks in the bar (where breakfast is served) and this area was beautifully decorated.

The rooms are a little small, with limited space for hanging and storage, and no in room facilities for ironing or making hot drinks. I think it might be difficult for a long stay with lots of luggage, but for a couple of nights it was fine. The lighting throughout the hotel is very low, and although this is wonderfully atmospheric, it also disguises the fact that some areas of the hotel, particularly the carpets, could use a refresh. Similarly, despite beautiful gold mosaic tiling in the shower--there was evidence of some damp/black mould issues in the bathroom--maybe just a ventilation issue, but this should be addressed.

Excellent location and great staff. Our room was small, but with large bathroom. I’ve been staying here for a few years now, and will continue to do so. The charm resides in the fact that it’s unique, has a beautiful lobby, and rooms are nicely decorated too.

Some details need to be taken care off: one day our toilet wasn’t cleaned properly, more toiletries, light in the closet not working.

An amazing small quiet hotel with a great location - you can walk to most of the sightseeing’s from here. The staff was pleasant and really helpful, the breakfast was good by European standards. Overall - my hotel of choice when I come back to Paris.

A bit too pricy, but it’s season in Paris in July

The hotel is located in the city center near (enough) to the tourist attractions such as the Louvre, Eifel Tower, Sacre Couer. There is ample restaurants and coffee shops in the area and there are metro stations within a 5-minute walk. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean and the size was perfect for one person. Also, the bathroom was very well suited/equipped with tub and also rain shower. The hotel supplied slippers, bathrobe, hairdryer and Hermes Shampoo and conditioner. A fully stocked working mini refrigerator was very nice to have as well. The bed was very comfortable. There are quite a number of restaurants available right out the main door, plus the theater. Location is excellent for main shopping area in this arrondissement..Galleries Layette, etc. No breakfast room that I saw.

The hotel is very quaint and very small.The rooms are very close to one another and guests going in and out of rooms were noisy. When a door was closed, you could hear it. (This also, has to do with impolite guests who refuse to close door without letting it slam....not hotels fault) Extremely small elevator so if you have one large suitcase, just one person and one large suitcase will fit. You could also hear guests walking "above" your room, if this is a concern for quest.

Nice hotel in great location and helpful, polite staff

A day after checkout we found out that they have charged us a preposterous sum (€550) claiming there were missing items like a hairdryer, that we didn’t remove from the room, without contacting us or any prior communication; After contacting the hotel to ask for the reason of that preposterous charge they gave us an unacceptable explanation promiing to get in touch with us after a second check by the cleaning staff.
