As a female solo traveller, I was quite anxious but I felt totally comfortable and safe. The location was amazing, the hotel is decorated beautifully, the room was really clean and great amenities. Receiving a complimentary session in the spa was also a really nice touch.

Found this hotel by accident and so happy i did. This hotel is a hidden gem amongst the hotel in the area, it was very modern and clean and everyone was attentive. I booked the standard room which was a decent size room . The hotel was close to the metro and dozens of restaurant options for dinner/lunch. The staff was very friendly and happy to assist with any questions that I had. Loved everything about my stay including the free private whirlpool and Hamman session that comes with the booking.

Great location, completely new hotel. Comfortable beds and bedding. Outstanding housekeeping - superclean! Great value for the EUROS. I would stay there again. Highly recommend.

Small things, umbrellas to borrow, shoehorn in the rooms. Old flowers in the balconys. But nothing major that affected the stay.

The location, decor, lobby amenities and friendly helpful staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond, especially in the cafe/bar area. While it is a very cozy hotel, it has a wonderful charm and elegance. We will definitely return!

I only wish the spa visit had been explained in person, as some things were confusing, how to restart the jets, and lack of towels/hooks in the spa facility. Also, there is no clock to let you know how long you have been there so everything was running a bit behind. Maintenance would be wise to wait to collect garbage on off hours, sort of distracting. But overall a lovely time!

I was in room 107. Whilst I wasn’t able to check in early I was able to store my bag securely. The room was snug: like the description. However, above the courtyard and able to open the windows and get a good breeze. The bed was comfortable and inviting, a lot of pillows to choose from (square, rectangular, soft and firm) and decor was pleasing. The light bar snacks/food at the bar was incredible: Italian ham and toast was absolutely gorgeous! And a good selection of drinks. Location was within walking distance to the main shopping area and the hotel was cool (temperature wise and SPA treatments). Staff - however - were the best addition: so helpful, multi-lingual, kind and let me have a nice glass of red after cut off.

AC couldn’t go below 20 (it was controlled by the reception desk) so sometimes the room wasn’t as cold as I wanted but being above the courtyard I was able to open the windows and get a great breeze in. At nighttime it wasn’t a problem.

Oberkampf is my favorite neighborhood in Paris and the hotel has a perfect location, near 2 subway stations and several restaurants, bars and attractions. The room has a good size - for Paris -, the bed is comfortable and the sound proof windows work well, plus the room has a great wardrobe space. We only had breakfast there once, but it was enough to see that it’s tasty and fresh.

I have 2 specific suggestions for the hotel: a full body mirror. All mirrors are very small and I’d love to have an idea of how I look before leaving the room, after all, it’s Paris. The second one is more practical: dear hotels, us travelers need hangers around the room, hooks on the wall to hang coats and blazers, hooks on the bathroom to hold the towels that always ended up on the bed, then the chair, than the sink.

The room felt like a well decorated bedroom. It was homey and comfortable with really efficient AC (which was indispensable during the heatwave). The spa was super relaxing and really helped me chill out after my flight.

The breakfast was pretty mediocre and not really worth the amount it costs. You can get far more substantial breakfasts cheaper a short walk away. Also, the bathroom isn't plus sized traveller friendly! There's no space between the toilet and the sink, making using the bathroom pretty uncomfortable. That said, the shower was really spacious which is a nice change.

Comfortable room, exactly as described on booking, with a bath, which is really rare in a 4-star hotel. The room was quiet and immaculately clean. It was well designed as well, with a perfect little closet and tiny desk; the hotel facilities - the breakfast and the bar, are quite nice. I particularly liked the bar! great, affordable wine selection, which you can have downstairs or bring up to your room. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in Paris, and in the 4-star category this was a stand out - I felt the price was fair, and it was nice that they offer a variety of different sizes of room, including the slightly bigger size that I booked. The location is also very good if you want to shop and eat in the Marais or in Oberkampf. You are very close to Bastille and the metro ligne 8 is a major artery through Paris.

There was no place to put toiletries in the bathroom. Sometimes the elevator could be quite slow, but then I would just hop on the stairs. The landing off of which the room opens is teensy tiny, but I never saw anyone else anyway, and this is Paris - it's to be expected.

Everything was very new and the decor was charming. Lucille the bartender was lovely and taught us a lot. The desk staff was always kind and helpful. The information provided to guests was helpful. The location is great because it was relatively quiet, is walking distance to Le Marais stores and restaurants, Place des Vosges, Place de la Bastille, Canal Saint Martin, Musée Picasso, Musée Carnavalet, and if you like to walk, to many other places Centre Pompidou, Île de la Cité, etc.

My sons thought the room was too small to sleep comfortably. They are two big guys who shared one room with two twin beds that were right next to each other. It is common for hotel rooms in Paris to be small but it is something to keep in mind if you are traveling with family who need a little more space.

The staff here were exceptional and the location can’t be beat. It’s a gorgeous hotel with small but comfortable rooms that are nice and quiet. I was able to work from here no problem. I felt very safe as a solo traveler and the spa was such a relaxing bonus! I would absolutely stay here again in a heart beat.

it may sound strange, but the way they made the bed did not suit me at all. the bottom sheet is not fitted and gets tucked along with the duvet so the moment you pull out the duvet you bottom sheet just lays over the bed. For anyone who moves in the night this then gets all bunched up underneath you. it’s a very minor thing but something I noted and would try and change.
