location comfortable bed

A pre auth was taken from my card , a third of the total bill, which I don’t have an issue with however on arrival when I paid in full , I was advised the pre auth would not be released until departure . given that the hotel had been paid in full on arrival, there was no need for them to hold onto the preauthorised amount and am still unable to access this amount of my own money even now having returned home yesterday. Such a shame as I would definitely have booked this hotel again and recommended it to friends but I’m afraid this is not good customer service or business practise and I won’t stay again for this reason .

The location of the property was brilliant. Very central to most attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a little bit dated. The hairdryer in the room is quite old and takes a long time to dry hair. Some of the fixtures and fittings require refurbishment however. Our room was lovely, however tiles were cracked, there were lumps in the bath tub and there was plaster on show in the toilet room.

The Staff was amazing...It was my birthday and they left me a nice birthday note and macaroons...Also, what ever we needed the staff was attentive to our ever need.. They made amazing recommendations regarding food and place to see assisting with dinner reservations, cabs, and any general request.. The room was perfect, and the location was the best possible... I could see the Eiffel Tower from our window...

My husband and I loved our stay at this hotel! We had an amazing view of the Eiffel tower, and loved the location of the hotel and how close it was to restaurants and other beautiful sights! The breakfast was also amazing, and everyone working at the hotel was so kind.

The rooms of the hotel and the bathroom especially are quite small, with the shower being elevated above the rest of the bathroom, meaning you have to step up to get into it. This would not be a hotel I recommend for someone with mobility challenges, or someone that might fall getting into and out of the shower.

Everything was great about the Hotel. Staff, breakfast and the room. The room was clean and romantic. Just perfectly sized and the shower was very good. The maid met us when we arrived at our floor and showed us to our room. Very nice lady. :)

The only thing that almost ruined our trip was that the hotel did not accept apple pay on a phone. We took around 300eur with us to spend on taxi and tips. We ended up using all our cash to pay for the hotel and write a confirmation note to the hotel to allow them to take the rest of the credit card that was used for booking the hotel. (i would have rather wanted them to take the total off the card without me having to spend the cash but that was not an option). Happily all restaurants had apple pay but unfortunately we could not tip anyone during our trip in Paris. Hopefully they will get a new card reader soon! The staff was still very helpful and nice don't misunderstand. Wonderful hotel :)

Fabulous location - walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and close to metro line. Really nice places to eat just a short stroll away too. We were told our room didn’t have a view of the Eiffel Tower, but we had a great view just by opening the window and leaning out a little! Photos attached were taken from our room. It was an added bonus that we weren’t expecting! Pleased with the room and the size of the bed. Was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was given the location - no city noise at all with the windows closed. Good recommendations of places to eat from the hotel staff too. Would definitely recommend and book again. Would give a score of 8.5 but can’t do half points on the scoring line!

Bed was very hard. Other than that, we were really pleased with everything else and had no other complaints.

The hotel was perfect for a one night stay, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were in walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and Louvre museum which is why we booked. Our room was lovely, clean and everything you needed but it was small but we were only there for one night. We used the RER train and metro to get from Charles Du Gaulle to the hotel which was very good and straight forward, very busy though. On our return we booked a taxi through Uber and were quoted 55 euros - excellent but uber took another 30 euros because of traffic! So maybe book in advance with the hotel or give yourself time and use the train/bus a lot cheaper.

Rooms were slightly small.

The room was amazing, we had view from our balcony of the Eiffel Tower. The street was noisy but you did not hear a thing in the room. The bed was so comfortable, had a great night sleep every night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They were excellent. We managed to stay another night when our train was cancelled. The location was great, only 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel tower. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for your help in making our stay in Paris so amazing!

Some milk in the room for tea & coffee but it was supplied when requested, thank you

Location is very good, walking distance to Eiffel Tower, as well metro un bus stations. Many restaurants and cafes near. We had spacious room (even it was 1st floor) and comfortable bed. Clean room and provided with all needed in bathroom. Had a chance to store luggage before check in and as well also after check out. 👍🏼 Staff (reception) very friendly and nice in communication.

Hair dryer. Breakfast was limited, we didnt use all days and service in breakfast area wasn’t as expected.

Location, vibe, decor, staff, service, view, all amazing!! Excellent value for money. Staff fluent in English. We were upgraded, unbeknownst to us, until we got to our room and instead of a courtroom view we had the Eiffel Tower!!! Such a special memory as we were travelling for my sisters 40th. Room was immaculate, bed huge and comfy, free bottles of water in fridge. Could leave our luggage on last day until ready to check out. Bus-stops outside property. Approx a 15 min leisurely walk to Eiffel Tower.
