I chose this hotel because of the location in a very nice neighborhood, close to good metro connections, also nice walking distance to most of the attractions (if you like to walk), far from all the madness of others parts of the city, but still enough good bars and restaurants close by. Nice staff, clean room, although a bit small but for us it was just perfect.

we did not ask for cleaning, but we did ask for toilet paper on the 4th day of our staying, and they gave only one roll with words: come by if you need more. It is pretty inconvenient to ask for the toilet paper when in need and not having it enough in advance.

Comfortable and clean hotel. Very centrally located and convenient to both the M6 and Rer train to the airport and many other desirable locations. A few good cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance as are the catacombs. We arrived quite late at night and initially, our lights didn't work but the manager fixed the problem immediately. Would stay here again!

The elevator and shower were super tiny. Could be challenging for someone with a lot of luggage (internal or external haha).

A lovely hotel with very helpful staff. The room was small but comfortable with every amenity one would need. There was coffee and tea making facilities in the room and in the lobby. There is TV, fridge and hairdryer also. The wifi is very good. The area is nice. It is right beside the metro, and down the street from an area full of shops, bars and restaurants. 5 minutes walk to Jardin du Luxembourg. A lovely stay.

I enjoyed eveything! It was perfect accommodation for my 2 days in Paris.

Hotel is really close to the RER which comes directly from CDG airport. Its also right next to a metro stop which gives you access to the rest of the city. Really close to great cafes, restaurants, boulangeries and a few places to get drinks. The area is far enough from the tourist traps that its not excessive to eat out here

Perfect location, right across from metro..or just 10 min walk to Gare Montparnasse. Easy to get to everything. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable. I stayed mid week during winter so it was quiet. Small convenience store next door. Also the elevator was a welcome sight for this tired traveller as I didn't have to lug my bags up staircase. Nice little private bathroom. Good value for accom in Paris centre

Excellent choice for a trip to Paris - the hotel provides good services at a fair price. The hotel is situated in Montparnasse, a very nice neighborhood, relatively close to the city center. The hotel is close to Raspail metro station, making it a very accessible location from both the train station and the airport.

Some guests might find the rooms too small.

Staff were always really super kind, room was always very clean, location was amazing: near wonderful historical restaurants and away from crowded touristic areas. Metro Raspail is right in front of hotel. There are many small markets, boulangeries and beautiful cafés in the area. You can walk at night safely, even after midnight the area is alive with many locals having dinner or drinks with friends. Really recommend!

The size of the room, 12m2 - but this is totally normal for a Parisien hotel.

I stayed for a week in this lovely little hotel. It's in an excellent location with proximity to the Port Royal and Raspail Metro stations. Lots of excellent cafe and restaurant options in the immediate area. Bank ATM around the corner. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and simple. There is a nice city view from the upper floors.

Sound insulation was better on the lower floor than the upper floor. The showers were a bit small, if you are a big person. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were a bit lumpy.

The hotel is situated in a good location, near the metro station. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.

The room doesn't have sound isolation, you can hear everything what your neighbours do. One day only one towel was changed. There were two cups, without plates. Also, we didn't get coffee and tea refills.

This hotel is nearby restaurants, bars and other facilities and services. The reception is 24h and the staff was nice all the time. The room I stayed was clean and comfortable and breakfast is amazing. There is a metro station 1 minute away from the hotel, so it is easy to reach other locations. Is not close to touristic places though.
