Lovely hotel in a great location in Paris. Staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable but not hugely spacious as is often the case in Paris. Very close to the tube, theatre and cinema in the Montparnasse area. Provided a kettle and tea/ coffee in the room.

The carpet needs changing in the bedroom, also more / better double glazing would be good due to traffic outside. Unfortunately the lift was broken down but I am sure it will be repaired very quickly.

Last minute booking as had an enforced overnight stay en route to Bordeaux because of the general strike (including bonus Police convoys in readiness for the pension vote that didn't happen), so chosen for convenient location for Montoarnasse Station. What a lucky break! The staff were very friendly, the room was very comfortable and had great views. It is very quiet inside despite being right on a major intersection. As such, the location was brilliant. Montparnasse is a really nice part of Paris, reasonably close to the centre with good facilities.The hotel has a great 1920s and art vibe (the rooms are named for artists and have an example of the named artist's work in them). Public transport links all convenient and walking distance to Notre Dame and the River.

Be warned - the lift is a one person, one suitcase size, so, to avoid panicky mobile phone calls, do let your partner know which floor you are going to before you get in...

This hotel left a heartwarming impression on us. The stay at the hotel was thoroughly enjoyable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the level of hospitality that we received from the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel's attentive and friendly team in the face of Sophie:) Even before our arrival she helped us resolve all the questions that could appear. Throughout the stay, we also got super useful and precious recommendations to help us make the most of our time in Paris. Also we cherish the small surprise from the hotel that truly made our stay feel special - the unexpected treat of wonderful French Truffles... In addition to the warm hospitality and small surprises, the hotel itself is a true gem. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities to make us feel right at home. The location was superb - metro stations and park and shops and boulangeries in vicinity:) And the view was just marvellous - The Eiffel Tower, flower shops, cafes and we even were able to see the Montmartre in the distance:) All in all, our experience at this hotel was truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris. The level of hospitality, attention to detail, and heartwarming attitude of the hotel's staff made our stay an unforgettable one.

It would be lovely to have more space to store cosmetics, perfumes etc. and a small table for flowers and magazines to give a touch of coziness, but overall noting prevented us from enjoying our stay:)

The location was very central: in the Montparnasse area with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. Breakfast was included. There was a kettle in the room. The gentleman who booked us in was kind. The girls at breakfast were jolly.

The room we had was small. City tax was imposed after my booking and so increased an aready high price for the room for one night. It was not good value. Room looked a bit tired. But it was functional. Breakfast was served in a basement room with a limited choice.

Staff (Charles) went above and beyond-my son bought a necklace in Paris then left it in the room when we checked out. Charles emailed me to confirm it was ours, then mailed it to us. Great location near multiple restaurants, metro and bus. Walking distance to catacombs. Pharmacy across the street. AC worked well which is important because it was in 80's F. Did not do breakfast. Parking with Parking Indigo Paris Montparnasse Raspail just around corner.

Rooms are small-but not atypical for Paris hotel. Elevator is smaller than normal-3 people max.

The hotel was in an excellent location - close to Luxembourg Gardens and Metro Stops.Our room had a great view of the corner of the site right over the restaurant below. But it was not too noisy with the windows closed. The woman at the front desk was especially helpful as we dropped our luggage upon arriving early and did more sightseeing before we checked in later in the day. We were also able to do that when we checked out.The hotel was clean and close to many restaurants. The restaurant across the street was excellent - La Rotunde

Not too much - they really went out of their way to accommodate us. we requested two room close to tether and they were able to do that which was very nice.

Not located in the popular “tourist” areas but easy access to transit and good dining options. Location provided the opportunity to explore other parts of Paris by foot and via public transit. Rooms were simple but had everything you needed for the time you spent in them, which was not much. Clean property with a very friendly staff. Gentleman responsible for breakfast was very friendly and welcoming.

View of the Eiffel Tower, good location. Welcoming reception area & staff. Comfortable room with good A/C system and small lift.

There was construction being completed on the level above we were not aware of and it created some noise in the day time. Not too much of an issue since we were out most of the day but not good if sleeping in or needing an afternoon rest. Not great breakfast for the price.

Located in the heart of Montparnasse, dining, museums, Jardin du Luxembourg, shopping(Bon Marche!), groceries..., all within a short walk! Several premier cafés and restaurants literally within one block. The staff were, to a person, super knowledgeable and eager to help! The rooms were super comfy (each room named for a wonderful artist!) and well decorated, beds were great.

Can't think of anything that could be improved upon. I'd like to underscore teh excellent of the staff.

Our room.. junior suite..perfect size for our 5 night stay. Comfy bed , a desk & lovely deco couch. Wonderful location above Broadway bar/ restaurant & the double glazing worked well considering it was a 7 street intersection !!!!!

Bathroom probably needs a update. And the breakfast was OK But the bread was ordinary It's Paris come on get in some decent bread 🍞 !!!!
