A cosy and calm hotel with a perfect location! Very good cleaning of the room. Simple breakfast with all you need. The hotel is located in a secure neighborhood and is in a good distance to everything. Nice small restaurants in walking distance. Good value for money!

Some issues at breakfast as I saw the staff take away croissants from guests who hadn't eat them and put them back in the basket to be served again. When putting on cutlery at the table the eating part was touched instead of the shaft. In these pandemic times these habits should be changed.

Very good hotel for money paid. The location is EXCELLENT (the metro is just 50 meters away and the metro is the best way to travel around the city!). The hotel is old but it was very clean, the room was done daily and the towels changed every day as well. The breakfast is GREAT and the personnel very friendly and willing to assist. WIFI is included and worked PERFECTLY inside the bedroom, which is not usual in even more expensive hotels!

we had read some less than complimentary comments about this hotel and we were very pleasantly surprised with it - we cannot imagine WHAT hotel these reviewers visited. HOWEVER the hotel DOES need to ensure that it's 'normal' guests are treated as well as 'corporate' clients. We have never stayed at a hotel where it was impossible to get a cup of coffee - nor to be told we could not use communal areas because corporate people were making video calls. The public bar was closed for a 'private' event one of the days we were there.

Amazing double aspect large room with long view over gardens. Fantastic 3 star hotel. Fittings rather old but everything is so clean. And it's so quiet even at night. The best hotel we've stayed at in that range in Paris. Parking available in streets around. Pay by phone app.

There was no kettle but we knew that. There aren't many plug sockets so bring a multi plug.

The staff was outstanding!! They helped us with anything we needed including booking boat tickets and an airport shuttle, especially Moumu (hope I'm pronouncing it right). The location was perfect very close to the metro and a lot of restaurants around. At last the hotel looked very nice and isolated from the street and there were a lot of spots to sit down.

There was no hot water coffee and tea in the rooms and the toilet didn't function very good in some of the rooms.

Very good Montparnasse location, close to everything but just far enough away from traffic noise. Convenient for trains, metro, bus. Very helpful staff. Hotels are not cheap in Paris, but we found this was pretty goood value.

A complimentary coffee maker in the room would have been most welcome. It is something we have come to expect in other places we have stayed and were surprised to not see it here.

Good central location, easy access using the train from CDG Airport and easy access to central paris using the Metro which is only a couple of minutes from the hotel. Lovely relaxing outdoor area and the staff on arrival were lovely allowing us to leave out luggage until check in time . The room was spacious, larger that I expected for Paris

The only aspect that was disappointing was that there was no coffee/Tea maker in the room which I would have expected for a 3 star hotel

The location of the hotel was excellent. There were many restaurants, cafes, patisseries and convenience stores nearby. The hotel was located on the side of a quiet street, there were metro stations nearby.

Unfortunately, the room smelled of sewage, we couldn't find out if it came from the air conditioning or where. Had to keep the window open for a while when we entered the room.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Myriam on the front desk. The room was very comfortable and quiet. It's a wonderful location, close to Jardin du Luxembourg, in a pleasant neighbourhood with plenty of good cafes and restaurants, and within easy reach of the rest of the city. Secure parking right underneath the hotel was a major bonus for us. WiFi worked well, and overall it was great value for money for such a good-quality hotel in the centre of Paris.

We liked that the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel offers breakfast for a reasonable fee. There is also a bar onsite, which you can take your cocktail in the quiet courtyard out back or one of the lounge areas in the front of the hotels. My kids enjoyed buying ice cream each day. The location was also great and convenient. Plenty of food options, grocery markets, three metro lines nearby and the train station is a 10 minutes walk away. Also and Laundry facility 1/2 block down. The Latin Quarter was a 30 min walk with plenty to see on the way or a 12 min metro ride

What I didn’t like… the toilet room had a heavy urine smell. We had reserved three rooms and only ours smelled like that.. I had to buy spray. The shower room smelled clean and the room was fine. There was a little crack in the wall where the smell was coming from. (Room 601) Our AC didn’t work as well as the other two rooms. Rooms could use an update but we had the comfiest bed, best night sleep, and overall the price was fair.
