What a wonderful small hotel in a fabulous neighborhood! The rooms are very nice, the small dining area is nice and the staff very helpful. It’s a perfect location for a tourist as it’s on a quiet street, but has so many restaurants and shops right in the area it’s very easy to navigate. Grab a taxi to go to sites like the Eiffel Tower, but we loved walking in the other direction to Norte Dame and the Louvre, about a 30 minute walk. And having the Luxembourg Gardens right down the street is another bonus, it’s just beautiful.

The rooms are pretty small, but we’re organized so we managed. Probably not a great place for a family with several kids, but as I haven’t seen the larger rooms I could be wrong. ,

The lobby area wasn't utilized by guests. How about some music?? We saw no one using the bar nor business centers. Had very little socialization with other guests. I would recommend this hotel with reservations due to tightness of hallways, elevator & lack of space.

Excellent location. Many good eating places, metro, grocery, farmers market close by. The mini fridge and hot water cattle in room are quite helpful. Hotel staff did a good job in tidying up the room every day as we stayed over 5 days. Special thank to hotel for giving us an early checkin for one room on our arrival.

Paris is a costly city, so hotel room sizes are small. But then this is true for most hotels, unless the budget is relaxed.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this hotel and we absolutely love it. The location is perfect, beautiful area of Paris, we walked everywhere and the bed extremely comfortable, even though we had just a basic small room we had everything we needed even a small fridge and the back courtyard was quiet and listened to the birds in the morning. Room clean and quiet. Toiletries also smell amazing, but I guess that's Paris, everything is so tasteful :) we will definitely be back. Merci Beaucoup!

Clean, comfortable room. Air conditioning was a welcome feature. Beds and linen were nice. Shower had plenty of hot water. Staff was warm and helpful. We were asked every morning if we wanted our room made up with fresh towels, beds made, etc. (we stayed for 4 nights), such a generous service. Our luggage was able to be stowed before check in. Great neighborhood. Close to restaurants and the Metro line #4. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was excellent, the staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful! The room was very clean and comfortable. There wasn't really a view outside the window, but Paris is a dense city and the room met our expectations perfectly. The street of the hotel is very quite and there are good restaurants and cafes nearby. Public transportation is very close and safe to walk to.

The price of breakfast is a little too expensive. But this was my first time visiting Paris and I didn't know what to expect for the price of food and travel. I don't really have any complaints about the hotel. The room was great and the location of the hotel was perfect for what we needed.

Great location, great staff at the hotel, I liked the 24 hour access and concierge being available. Rooms were nice and clean and had everything that we needed.

I think in general the prices of hotels have gone up a lot in Paris. The hotel and the room were great, no complaints, but it was very expensive for us to stay there and as a result we might consider renting an apartment instead next time instead of staying at a hotel to cut on cost.

I had a great stay with my family at Hotel a la villa des artists.The rooms are nicely decorated and adequet in size for two people (you can have the room made up with two separate beds). The location is convenient to many parts of Paris with a metro stop nearby and easy access to uber and taxis if you want to save yourself the walk. Staff was helpful. I recommend this hotel and will return!

Room 107 looked newly renovated. The bed was superb, pillows were super comfy. I slept soundly as the bed mattress was very comfortable too. The lighting fixtures created a well lit effect inside the room. The bathroom was very clean and the water pressure so strong!! Tiny room but clean and well lit.

It was difficult to call the hotel concierge. Took a while for the housekeeping to deliver our requests in the room..

I travelled with my 15 year old daughter. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The location was perfect - 10 minutes walk to the Jardin du Luxembourg, no more than 5/10 mins walk to many metro stations and an easy walk to the Seine. The staff were very kind and helpful - providing advice on how to get to the hotel and how best to get to the sights. We felt very safe. I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend to others.

I honestly can’t think of anything. The hotel was ideal for us.
