-They gave me a free room update, from a standard room to a comfort room. -The receptionists are always kind and available. -The room was very cleaned at my arrival, wi-fi working well enough to work properly.

-Gym: actually there are just a treadmill, a ciclette and a ClimbMill, plus 2 dumbbells. Not equipped enough if you are looking to train while there. -Cleaning service: despite at my arrival the room was perfectly tidy, the cleaning service the day after cleaned very well, but kind of put all my stuff on the bed and left a few on the floor. Not a malus, but it would have been nice to find the things where I left them, rather than on the floor.

Location to metro and train station a short walk away Staff were friendly on arrival and leaving Room was quiet and no disturbances during our stay Building itself is attractive from the outside to look at Area had good local ameneties, mini market and cash point around the corner, plenty of places to eat, shopping centre at the top of the road, near Montparnasse Tower, a few theatres nearby, a lidl was also in walking distance and great for stocking up on things like water and snacks for day trips (1.5 litre bottle of water was 0.19 euro!

Whilst the area seems okay there are a few adult shops on the same road and nearby so a bit of a seedy vibe Room service didn’t include replacing toiletries and we were only provided with toiletries for two, although there's plentiful hair/body wash in the bath There's a weird large window with integrated blind between the bathroom and bedroom and the bathroom door is frosted glass, so not ideal when staying with your son as in my case Only one bottle of complimentary water was provided on the first night of our 3 night stay and there was two of us Window between bathroom and bedroom was a bit mouldy and seen better days

It was very warm in the room. Too warm. and the AC didn't function. So open windows were needed all the time, and there was quite a bit of street noise. The TV did't work properly. No sound until you switched of and on about ten times

Firstly, just from checking in the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and had all the facilities I required. (Maybe the addition of USB charging would be welcome). Location was great, especially as I wanted to attend the an Expo at Porte De Versaille which is just a 5 minute walk to the Metro at Monteparnasse and then a short Metro journey of approximately 10 minutes. Good choice and plenty of restaurants literally by stepping out the front door or all within a few minutes walk. I would highly recommend The M hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Paris and I will definitely be back again myself.

Absolutely amazing location, very friendly staff, and lovely all-around experience. Can't recommend this place enough.

My biggest issue with Hotel Le M is that they lock the front door to the hotel after midnight, and the only way to get in is to have someone from the front desk buzz you in. As a young person in Paris, I was out late almost every night of my stay, and sometimes if the front desk person wasn't at their desk you would have to wait on the street for them to return to their post and buzz you in. The hotel is in a very safe area, but I would rather not be waiting around on a street corner at 1:00 am if I could avoid it. Otherwise, this hotel is very great and I can't recommend it enough. However, this is an issue that should be addressed. Maybe allow for room key swipe into the front door to the hotel.

First of all, I loved the room - it was a great size and had a roof terrace which was lovely. I have stayed at this hotel before, so really like the location, as there are loads of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. I had a family emergency so had to leave early and the staff were very accommodating and didn't charge me for the 2 nights that I wouldn't be there, which was greatly appreciated.

The air conditioning broke down in the evening and could not be repaired until the next day. Despite having opted for an upgrade, the room size was still very compact. Bathroom sink blocked and took ages to empty. Not sure whether it was the hotel or the taxi firm, but when I booked a taxi via hotel reception, the 1st taxi charged 7 Euro Extras and on the 2nd occasion, the driver tried for 15 Euros. As I said, not sure who the guilty party is here.

Great location! Small and intimate, loved our patio. Quiet… in spite of location on a very busy lively street. Not the fanciest hotel but very nice, lovely room … all that we needed. Charming!

Would have liked access to a couple English language channels. Bar service ie coffee in the morning a little sketchy. How about espresso in the rooms?

The room was not quite big for Paris standards, we had 2 twin beds side by side, a desk, a closet, chair, luggage rack and still plenty of space to move around. Much larger than we had expected for the price and for Paris, we had one of the smaller rooms on the 2nd floor. I believe they do have some REALLY nice larger rooms with patios on the main floor or top floor had a balcony/terrace. I didn't check out the gym either... too busy enjoying the city

I liked everything, but if I had to find something, I would say, it's time to update the bathrooms
