I was on the quiet side of the hotel. Zero noise! I love having my own "chez moi" where I can keep cold drinks, sandwiches and snacks and prepare my breakfast the way I like in my bathrobe and watch the news on the TV or work on my laptop. Also when I had a problem with the wifi on my laptop the receptionist helped me resolve it by bringing it directly to the reception desk. She solved it in about 1 minute and kindly explained what I was doing wrong. I LOVE that one can get coffee, expresso, hot chocolate and hot water 24/7. I'll be back for sure.

The small light above the stove could not be turned off, but that was certainly a problem particular to my unit (1505)and did need fixing. The refrigerator was also loose from the floor and every time I opened it I thought it would tip over.. Again a problem for this particular unit (1505)which I hope will be repaired. Conditioner provided but no shampoo which I forgive since all countries are experiencing supply chain issues.

We got the room facing toward the small garden in hotel area which is very nice. Staff is helpful.

The wall is too thin and doesn’t sound proof. We heard everything from the room next door. It was a bit annoyed.

great room, enjoyed the window. comfortable bed and big enough for myself and partner. great restaurants nearby. although this location is not super central we managed to walk to all the sights within about 30-45 mins and had no dramas. coffee machine in the lobby was amazing! great hot chocolates

only one chair at the table in the room, 2 would’ve been nice. the room also wasn’t made up at all but fresh towels were given. at one point we asked for new mugs as the cleaning staff didnt replace them and we were washing in the sink for a few days but didn’t have soap so we wanted new ones and reception staff seemed to be quite annoyed with this request.

I loved the hotel and front desk staff. Alison from front desk was amazing. We booked a studio, but she gave us a free upgrade for an apartment. Thank you so much Alison. I do not remember the name of the girl who was at the front desk when we checked-in late in the night. She was lovely as well. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. The view from our apartment was mind blowing. Wished we could stay longer. Paris surprised us the most in our 3 weeklong Europe trip. Will definitely stay here again :)

it it close to Gare Montparnasse where I take the train to and from my destination. lots of shopping and restaurants in the area.

one or two things would improve the rooms eg a luggage rack to put suitcase, a place to hang the coats maybe opposite the bathroom door; a box of Kleenex in the room and a shower cap. most importantly there needs to be a rail/ bar at the short end of the bathtub to facilitate exiting the tub. at my age (83) I am not as flexible as younger folks and so need another hold to get out. Bravo for the non slip mat in the tub/shower. my comments refer only to the single room that I had but there was no microwave oven or place to heat food if I had wanted to do so for a longer stay .

The room lived up to expectations. the kitchen supplies in the room were more than enough, the bed comfortable, the bathroom clean, and heating worked well. Extra bonus points for the free coffee, tea and cocoa in the lobby, and the staff, who all went out of their way to be helpful. The location was great, with buses and a metro stop immediately adjacent to the hotel, and a bigger metro stop a 5-minute walk away. Boulangerie, supermarket and lots of restaurants all very close by. Did I mention how nice the staff was?

No bedside table or shelf (we used our small suitcases), and no shelves anywhere, including the closet. This is very important for people staying more than one night, as they often do in apartment hotels, since it made it impossible to unpack. Also, instructions for the microwave, towel warmer etc. would have been nice, along with instructions on how to care for your room when there is no servicing (what do we do with the trash? how do we get more toilet paper or clean towels, etc.).

I booked the small studio. Awesome location, room has everything you need, comfy bed, good coffee and nice staff. They let me keep the luggage in storage all day on my check out day so I could explore. Kitchenette well equipped, bathroom had good space for storage. Metro steps away, and it’s 3 minutes from montparnasse station. Lively area with great restaurants, and a supermarket 2 doors down.

A small side table by bed could have been nice but I’m nitpicking

Near to Montparnasse SCNF station. very convenient. (If you plan to go to St. Michel in the early morning it's the station you need to depart from). Free coffee and hot chocolate everyday. Nice bathtub, I took a nice hot bath to relax after a long journey)

We walked for like 10 minutes from the metro (we came here from Paris de Lyon station). Maybe we got out from the wrong exit?

The location was excellent. The staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel not too big. The sound insulation between room was excellent. the kitchenette had every thing we needed.

eclairage: I would have appreciated individual reading lamps for each bed so I could read when my friend was asleep. I was lucky to have my head torch which I used for that purpose

Staff were friendly and helpful and the place clean, tidy and quiet. The room was a decent size and provided basic but adequate kitchen facilities (a couple of supermarkets are only a short walk away).

There was nothing to dislike. Perhaps the location isn't particularly attractive, but it's very convenient for the metro and the station.
