Would recommend and would stay there again! Stayed there for 2 weeks, end of June to start of July. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room and bathroom were very clean, hotel is quiet, location is exceptional - very close to at least to 2 metro stations, self-serve laundry, bakery, Hertz car rental, train station and a huge number of traditional café-restaurants and creperies serving awesome breakfasts, dinners and lunches. Hotel breakfasts are also delicious, nutritious, beautifully served, and are real life savers if you have to leave for a bus tour early in the morning. Using metro, you can get from hotel to the center of Paris within 20 min, very easy. Montparnasse Tower is also nearby, so it's easy to walk to it, get to 56th floor, drink champagne and see entire Paris from this huge height. Highly recommend to go there and see Eiffel Tower light up at sparkle at 11pm.

Price was a bit steep but I booked too close to the date of the trip. I'd prefer bigger rooms, but with only two carry on suitcases between the two of us, it wasn't a problem.

The location is wonderful. Near to several subway stations and many restaurants around the corner. Two shopping centers are available close by. Very nice supermarket with almost everything you need is just 50 meters away. Quiet room. Newly renovated bathroom. The reception is open 24/7.

The towels were not clean when we arrived the first day. But they were clean later. There is no fridge in the room so it was not possible to store cold drinks there, you need to go to the reception to buy cold drinks. The breakfast is not included and a bit expensive, so we did not have breakfast at the hotel.

Lovely little hotel - nice not to be in a chain. Good location and plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Housekeeping was great and did a fine job and they were very friendly on reception. Air con was a lifesaver when temp got to 36 degrees at one point!

The breakfast was expensive so we didn’t include it. I think breakfast should be included not extra. Would have been much more convenient for us. There was a kids bed in our room that we didn’t need and it took up room in our tiny room. Rooms on the 5th floor are very small with small windows. The room on the 4th floor was much nicer. We asked for 2 rooms near each other but we’re on different floors. Not a huge issue though.

The location is really nice, near of metro and the neighborhood is amazing, there are a lot of cool places to visit and enjoy Paris, so you don't need to go far to enjoy the night. The hotel staff are really kind and the place is so comfortable

From the main door of the hotel, you always need to go up a staircase to the reception, after that there is an elevator.

Loved the AC during this hot summer. Hadn’t asked for a tub but loved it too. Room was small but it’s Paris. Great location near Gare Montparnasse, the Metro and bus lines too. Breakfast was good and price on par with other hotels.

Having to haul luggage up to first floor reception after an exhausting journey.

Good location, near Gare Montparnasse (metro and train station) and Tour Montparnasse ( a local landmark, a tower which can be seen from everywhere, so you´ll never get lost ). Quiet hotel, small but clean rooms. Beds are great. Breakfast was good, usual scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, exceptional bread, fresh fruit and pastry. Staff was very helpful.

Ideally located just off Rue de la Gaîté Montparnasse, 5mins walk from main train station. Small park in front of hotel. Nice views on artists' lofts from bedroom Very quiet

Decoration may not be to every body's liking Fairly expensive for service rendered compared to local alternatives

4 x 100% the same breakfast options is more than annoying. Big plus for fresh orange juice directly from squeezing machine

Breakfasts. Just make them slightly different. If something is just ok for 1 night stay, it does not have to be for 2,3,4 or more

Fully fulfilled all my expectations, except the one I mentioned below. I can fully recommend this hotel.

I have selected this hotel using the filter: EV charging available, however this site has no parking and no EV charging facilities. They refereed me to the parking closed by in Montparnasse tower, but there was no EV charging possible.

Great location. Many restaurants to choose from, metros close by, wonderful street market a couple times per week and even a grocery store nearby.
