Very nice staff, the room was clean and true to the pictures online. The temperature in the room was alright and we were able to fill up the consumables as we wished just by asking at the reception (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc.). The location offers free wifi and it's in a really busy area with lots of cafes, boulangeries and restaurants. The metro station is super close to the hotel for the line 6 metro and for just 5-8 minutes of walking you can go to another metro station that connects 4 lines which were super useful. Really comfortable bed and spacious shower with hot water. It is recommended by hotel staff to leave the room key at the reception when leaving for security reasons and to not loose the gigantic key but the reception is open 24/7 which made it really easy to go in and out at any time of the stay.

The only complaint I have is that the particular room we were in had the WC in a narrow space in the bathroom which was uncomfortable to use in the morning especially :)) However we did notice on the fire escape floor plan that only our bathroom had this layout so this shouldn't be a concern for the majority of the guests.

The location was close to local amenities and a large train/metro station. Monoprix and a Lidl were both near by for cheap food and drink. The property wasn’t by any main roads so wasn’t too rowdy, however it is between two bars which were open late, I didn’t mind this but I didn’t sleep with the window closed due to the heat, it might not be so noticeable with it closed. The room was cleaned daily and looked great. The price was great value for a last minute booking.

It was a small cramped room with a very firm mattress, the bathroom was very tight; however for a cheap and easy booking, it was perfect, it provided all the basics and then some. I’ve stayed in much worse for much more. The only real downside I had was my window was above some sort of courtyard, which meant cigarette smoke was regularly coming through my window which I couldn’t afford to close due the the high temperatures. Despite this I really didn’t mind too much and was just happy to have secured accommodation for such short notice trip.

1. Any questions, connect with booking, you can get a quickly reply. 2. Luggage can be checked before you arrive earlier than room check-in time. 3. The font desk have staff in 24hours. It's safe. And the staffs are sympathetic. 4. Good location, very close to the metro, so many choices of bars nearby. 5. It's a surprise that a weekend market opposite the hotel.

1. Because so many bars surrounding, it's maybe a little noisy when night. Even if you close the window. 2. No elevator, if you have heavy luggage, it's inconvenient.

Convenient hotel within easy walking distance of Montparnasse train station and in a lively area with lots of restaurants etc. Friendly staff

Staircase and area getting into the room is pretty tight - but this is typical for older-style hotels in France. Was not a big issue for me, but if you have limited mobility then could be more of an issue

The location was very convenient, it was great value, considering prices in Paris, the staff was friendly. The room was small but if you come to Paris to see Paris you don't need more than a bed, a bathroom, a closet and a desk, near the city center and that's exactly what you get here. Take into consideration that, as most buildings in Paris, it doesn't have an elevator.

The wi fi went off once, but they fixed it quickly.

Prime location, nice room, nothing fancy but everything I really needed was there. Very quiet at night - I even had my own private balcony. The staff has been quite accommodating as it allowed me to leave my luggage in storage before check-in and after check-out.

The only thing I would have liked is a bedside lamp. I could have asked for one but didn't bother (I only stayed one night)

Less than 3 minute walking from Edgar Quinet metro station, and less 1 minute from very nice and french restaurants. Nice bed for a 2 star hotel. All very clean. Near a mcdonalds and several restaurants. Nice shower.

Not very fond of antiperspirant desk attendant, but compensated with being very kind. Not available fan nor air conditioning, nor press. If to external window, noisy until midnight. Missed the small shampoo 2nd and 3rd night.

Really nice small room, but everything needed is in it. Really good place with metro nearby, however everywhere I walk on foot.

A little bit noisy from the street. So if you want to sleep well, don't forget to buy earplugs. Photos are just a little better than the real life :)

Very nice staff who speak English. Great area in Montparnasse!! Cafés and restaurants right outside the entrance. Bank with ATM 100 yards away. Great metro station 250 yards from hotel. Great on a budget. Free wifi. Comfy double beds. Sheets & towels clean. Good water pressure and temp. Easy to use shower. There is a full length mirror. Plenty of hangars for 2 people. The rooms and hallways did not smell old. Checkout time was 10:30. They let us leave our backpacks at the front office after we checked out so we could visit the sites until 5pm. I would definitely stay again because I only need a clean comfy bed and bathroom to sleep otherwise I'm out sightseeing all day. You can sit all morning for coffee and croissants for breakfast or have an evening snack of ice cream or crepes down at anyone of the 50 cafe/restaurants one right next to the other as far as the eye can see. It's charming and safe. Easy to get to all of Paris using the metro practically outside the hotel door.

This is an older small hotel that is privately owned. It is a No Frills place but served its purpose well. The stairs up to the 2nd floor are shallow and a bit steep. The hotel shows wear and tear, carpet and tight doors Bathroom sink is tiny with poor light but we did not need that. We used great light from the windows. Some of the sockets were loose so my charger would not stay connected.

Great location, nice and friendly staff who spoke very good English, we got clean sheets and towels every day.

There is a lot of humidity in the room and a slightly unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom (due to the curtain in the shower).
