The location is prime. The hotel is only within 13 mins walking distance to Gare du Nord where we need to catch the train out and lies at the foot of Montmarte, with lots of supermarkets, nice cafes, restaurants and halal eateries nearby. The metro is also 2 mins away and the bus runs straight to the street where the hotel is. We chose the triple room for the 3 of us and it was quite comfortable. The hotel also has an elevator, so it was a huge plus for us with our heavy luggages. There were also enough plug sockets for the 3 of us to recharge our electrical equipments at the same time. The staffs were also very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is also easy to find and the atmosphere is quiet since it is at the back of the street. Would definitely recommend to others. P/s: read some unsavory details about the neighbourhood in 18th arrondisement being a bit sketchy before staying there, but having stayed there for 3 nights, I can say there was nothing to worry about. Just make sure you don't walk about town too late into the night and avoid weird characters from miles away. Having said that, I would defininitely stay there again.

Perfectly situated close to the tube service and right in the heart of Monmartre. The room was clean and functional and the staff friendly

To be honest, I was entirely happy with the hotel - it was a budget price and there was nothing to complain about

Room was a good size, well equipped, very clean and comfy. Bed was a good size with a warm duvet. The room was warm, the shower very powerful and hot. The lift was a real bonus. Hotel is very easy to find and well placed for Sacre Coeur and surroundings and very close to a metro stop at Anvers and close to Gare du Nord. Staff were fine and helpful. Tea and coffee provided with a kettle. Hairdryer also provided.

Pillows were a bit hard, shower cubicle a bit neat if you are on the beamy side. It was a bit noisy outside in the evening and the sound proofing in the room wasn't very good - lots of noise from the room above - sounded like it was being rearranged. Although close to Sacre Coeur, this is not the best area in Paris and it's wise to be cautious - pickpockets are out and about.

The place was pretty close by the metro station- Anvers, which made life very easy as we could go to all the major tourists attractions easily, thanks to a great metro network of Paris, where one can literally go from any corner of the city to the other. The best part is that the hotel is not very far from Gare du Nord, from where one can very easily go to both the major airports- CDG and Orly in Paris by train. The hotel is at a walking distance from Monmarte, from where one can have a great view of the city from a hill top. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the hotel have a 24x7 reception.

I quite liked the place so don't have

The reception staff were lovely and very accommodating. They stored our luggage on the final day of our stay so we could enjoy Paris unencumbered. The bathroom was small but very clean and new. Everything worked well. We had expected to overlook an inner courtyard but in fact had a street view which was more pleasant. The area is a bit scruffy but is an excellent location for Montmartre and Gare du Nord, so suited our needs. Anvers Metro is close by.

We didn't take breakfast as at 12 Euros we thought it expensive and the breakfast area looked rather bleak. We got coffee, croissant and juice in a local cafe for 6.50 Euros.

It was clean, the staff were helpful and the location is fab. You are close to some attractions, 2 metro stations, and pigalle (which is a lovely way to spend a night). I had got the check out times wrong, the staff called me, and had to take my bags out of the room before cleaning it for the next person. My main suitcase was packed, but there were bits and bobs still in the property. All my things were in tact and nothing was taken. They stored my belongings by reception in the meantime, and let me go to the room and check my things weren't left behind. They also let me put my luggage in the store room after that. They were not rude to me about this all - in fact we had a little laugh (thanks guys xxx) . It's a lovely place, it has restaurants round the corner and also one of those shops that sells bread / groceries. Halle st pierre and lots of fabric shops are 5 mins away. The photoautomat is also close. I would recommend going to tranche (7 ish minute walk) for breakfast - we went every day since we found out about it. Xmas markets nearby. 24 hour reception and some of the receptionists had banter (good conversation).

The staff told me some people said their rooms were noisy - I couldn't hear any noise from my room, so I guess it is based on luck. It is not a social place, I would recommend it for couples and solo travellers.

Excellent location (short walk from Sacré-Cœur), staff were friendly and helpful, neighbourhood is quiet (we never heard anyone on the streets from our third floor room)

WiFi is spotty as people have said, but this wasn’t a big deal. Our first night was quiet, but our second and third night we had noisy people move in around us and as people have also mentioned you can hear people in the neighbouring rooms. Again, not really an issue for us as we put ear plugs in to help with sleeping. Bathroom is small, but we were grateful to have the toilet, shower and sink within our room rather than having to go out and share it with others.

Location was perfect especially when you planning to visit Paris by using subway. Stuff was very helpful and friendly. Everyone spoke English. From our window we could see Eiffel Tower that was amazing. The rooms and bathroom are super clean, lady comes to clean it everyday and she does good job. There are many shops around and easy access to Anvers metro.

The only problem is VERY THIN walls - we could hear everything what was going on in the rooms next to us, also the elevator working, that was very Anoying especially during the night - if someone has problem with deep sleeping I do recommend to take this into consideration as this will be a problem for you. Brakefast - below average. Other then that everything was fine

Its location and fabulous, helpful and friendly staff, especially Guilloume and Jessica who patiently explained to us (a group of four fabulously no sense of direction ladies :-) )the directions to major Paris tourist attractions, and share some important informtion when travelling around Paris. It is 2 mins away from Anvers Metro. Also, an array of shops, restaurants are practically nearby, but the hotel can also provide a good breakfast for a reasonable price . The place is clean, comnfortable and you would find in your room the necessary stuff you would need for a seamless holiday experience. And it is in Montmartre!!!

Apart from the lift size, which wasn't a big problema at all, there was nothing we didn't like.
