The staff was fantastic and very helpful. Helped us book a airport shuttle upon check in. Staff helped us carry our bags down the stairs and to the shuttle. The breakfast was lovely with a good variety. Location was great except for the metro where there were some unsavory people hanging around but other then that it was wonderful.

The stairs were a problem as they are very steep. Wouldn’t stay there if you were unable to carry suitcases up lots of stairs.

Very clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. The location is perfect.

Breakfast could be organized better and have a little more sustenance. Hot water Kettle in the rooms and hanger for towels would have been great. The sound from the stairs was very loud. I had to get new wifi passwords a few times.

Hello everyone, the place is alright, but the location is not good you have lots of refugees over there. As food for breakfast you are served 2 croissant and 2 baguette with water, coffee and juice of ur choice. Rooms were always cleaned up. The downside that we got is the deposit you pay when you chek-in for damages. After the check-out on our last date we asked about the deposit and they assured us that this is an automatic procedure and it will be send back after 3 pm. 1 whole week later we still haven't recieved our payment back, i asked them if there's any problem and they said that they did everything and the refund is on its way, but it wasn't! After some research i found out that there are many more people that haven't recieved they payment.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a superb choice for travelers on a budget, offering a harmonious blend of comfort, convenience, and service. - The team at the hotel was not only friendly but also highly competent, with excellent English skills. This made communication seamless and added a layer of comfort to my stay. - The breakfast offerings were diverse and satisfying, a perfect start to the day. - Situated just a minute's walk from a metro station, the hotel's location is unbeatable. It allows for easy access to the city's main attractions. - My room was tidy and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. - With a variety of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, everything I needed was within easy reach.

- The bathroom felt a bit cramped, particularly the sink area. A little more space could enhance comfort. - Sounds from the street were occasionally audible at night. While not overly disruptive, lighter sleepers might notice. - The vicinity of the nearby metro station attracted some sketchy individuals at night. However, with four additional metro stations within a 10-minute walk, I never felt this compromised my safety or convenience.

Stayed with my family (one little 4 years old child) for five days, it was very comfy stay with friendly staff who offered help all time even though I didn’t speak French. Breakfast was delicious, they offered all types of cheese and yogurt. And for 5 days it was enough to fuel you with energy, at the beginning of the day. Our room was on fifth floor, it wasn’t at all as bad as reviews say, on the contrary i loved the higher view of busy streets. Neighbourhood was as normal as any other busy city, with many people of different colours and cultures, and that is amazing, Deposit were released after 5 working days, used IDEAL payment. Totally I highly recommend the hotel.

There are some suspicious people selling cigarettes at entrance of train station, but guess what, in-front of the hotel there is a bus station where it can get you anywhere.

Great location near to the metro, very clean and friendly staff

There was a good breakfast (two croissants or pain au chocolat to choose from for two, two small baguettes, and you could also take cheese, butter, yogurt and fruit). The room was cleaned every day, the trash was taken out, towels were changed, and new shower gels were brought in, so we didn't need anything. When I was looking for a hotel, Hotel Nation Montmartre didn’t have a single negative review, and I understand why! This is a very nice hotel located in the heart of Montmartre, overlooking the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The location was actually very good. We had been worried by some of the reviews saying it might be unsafe, but to me it was like being in any normal city - best to work out where you're going before you arrive (If you come out of the Metro station, look for Exit 1. Bd de Rocheouart. Come out of the station, cross the road on your left and you should see Burger King. The hotel is on the road just behind it. Literally a 2 minute walk from the Metro). The area was cool - lots of interesting shops and places to eat and a short walk to see Sacre Coeur. We enjoyed our stay.

It wasn't a problem for us, but it is a spiral staircase to the rooms, so if you have poor mobility I wouldn't recommend it for you. It's a beautiful old Parisian building, so space can be limited.

The Reception service was good and attentive. A bit more information about surrounding facilities might help. The breakfast was fine- maybe a ceraeal option would help. Shower was fine and the general services adequate for person, one night stay.

Nothing really. If I had to choose it would be the window view but for that price you cannot be choosy. There was no fridge or small teabags or small kettle but I guess that comes with the price. No wardrobe but for one person you dont need it.
