This is a boutique hotel with all meaning of it. It was my 4th stay there so that should men something. Better than words. The staff makes up for whatever issue you may encounter. Jean-Bernard is the guy in charge of the night shift and since that is 24 hour front desk operation - he takes care of anything and everything beginning from getting you a ride in the craziest of hours at night or getting you accommodated with food or drinks or umbrellas in rainy nights. Antonio is the guy who practically runs the hotel daytime and than you have Victor - like Mr Wolf from the Pulp Fiction. He resolves everything and the customer is always right. He's from the hotel ownership side - so he always makes sure the guest is happy. Breakfasts are good and personalized if you wish. Anything you need they will bring you to your room if you're too lazy to go down. I may have forgotten someone but all the staff is OK and more. My last stay was 10 days with my wife. We walked all over the city and the hotel is strategically located the way everything that is worth visiting is a walking distance. You have Rue de La Fayette on one side and Rue de Magenta on the other. Montmartre is 10 minutes walk away and Rue de Saint Dennis is 7 minutes away. You can practically hug the city from where the hotel is located. Last time we had a car and there are two underground parkings within 50 meters from the hotel. Finally - my wife smokes so the hotel has 5th floor with balconies so if youre a smoker - ask for the fifth floor rooms with balcony. There is also a big conference room on the ground floor and when I wanted to work with my lap top without bothering my wife - I always got accommodated there.

There is one elevator and the internet could be faster

The staff first welcome seemed warm and genuine ,I liked the breakfast , it was really nice ,with a good selection of fruit juices cereals ,eggs bacon ,salmon fish ,croissants tea coffee. I loved how quiet the hotel was ,despite the fact that its in a busy part of Paris . The beds were very comfortable ,I got a good nights sleep. Final plus point ,the hotels location is excellent ,very close to the main Paris attractions ,like the Eiffel Tower .

Well a mini bar in the room would have been nice ,as I bought a little food to eat in the room . The Air Conditioning only seemed to work on heating not cool .perhaps to be fair to the hotel ,maybe the system was still set up for the winter season ,as at the time of this review it was late March .

The room was so comfortable and even though we didn’t speak french the staff was lovely and communication wasn’t a problem. Is in a lovely area with plenty of shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk, metro access and station access is also very good. Bakeries within a 10 minute walk and plenty of english speaking restaurants nearby and had a lovely view from our room. Can leave luggage there on your arrival or departure if you have to leave your room or before your check in. Went to sea world and Disney when there and the travel was very convenient. There’s a supermarket right next to the hotel that you could pick up a couple of snacks from.

There was a curfew of 11pm, when the doors close, wasn’t a problem with us though

We love the location of Hotel Mademoiselle. It's a short walk from the Garde du Nord which is perfect for us. The staff are really welcoming and friendly, and can't do enough to ensure you have a good stay. I really like the decor and the beautiful patio garden where you can have breakfast or just sit out.

This is the second time we stayed at the hotel. What didn't work so well was the size of the room. It was smaller than previous, the incline in the shower wasn't steep enough to allow the water to drain away so a lot of it went on the floor, and I had to sit on the loo sideways as my knees were jammed against the wall.

Very close to public transport, plenty of restaurants nearby and supermarket just beside the hotel. Housekeeping did excellent job of keeping the room very clean. Reception was friendly and ready to resolve issues quickly.

There was no air conditioning as the room felt stuffy but the hotel provided table fan to resolve. Room size was very small as there was only enough room for 1 person to move around.

The location was excellent in relation to mass transit and the place was nice and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

The steam room and sauna were down the whole time which was a bummer. The A/C wasn't on so we had to leave the windows open at night which let in a lot of noise.

Room was clean, small balcony and good facilities, was very warm and would have been excellent rating if they had proper air conditioning. Great location, fabulous breakfast, lovely staff.

Air conditioning in bedroom would have been good, the air system they have is not sufficient to cool the room.

Chic hotel, with funky vibe and friendly staff. Nice bar area and lounge area with fabulous breakfast. Checked our bags in early and they were put in our room for us when we returned. Big spacious room with comfortable bad. Close to Garde Nord station was convenient for our return to London.

Small design fault in bathroom as water spills from shower floor onto bathroom floor. This would not stop me from staying at this property again as everything else is perfect.

Nice tidy hotel I. good location to get get around Paris

The room was fairly small and the ensuite was also making it awkward to use the toilet. The rubber outlets in the shower head were damaged so water didn’t flow evenly, the ensuite tap couldn’t open fully as it is too close to the wall, the wardrobe door couldn’t open properly due to the main door auto closer, no UK TV channels, and the walls were thin meaning we could hear next door.

Great location to the Gare du Nord and Basilica… Montmartre. Nice room, great service.

The shower stall leaks water into the bathroom, unless you put a barrier as what I had to do, as it doesn’t have a curtain or door. The shower floor tile needs to be reconstructed to be sloped better.
