Location. Friendliness of the staff. Quality of the breakfast was very good, and there was a varied selection. We had a comfort twin room and the size and firmness of the beds was very good. (But see my point below on the allergic reaction in the room, and overcrowing at breakfast.)

During the whole stay I had an allergic reaction when I went to sleep at night/laid down on the bed - my throat and eyes began itching. Maybe it was because the room was carpeted and had long curtains or the pillows/mattress need changing? My husband was fine, but I had to take an antihistamine tablet each evening to be able to sleep. The breakfast room was not very big and was very full/overcrowded on two mornings that we were there, as the hotel seems to rely on staggered arrivals, but on two occasions many guests came at the same time, and people had to wait for seating. However it did not take too long to be seated, and the staff were very quick to turn a table around as soon as one became free, which alleviated the situation very much.

it was very clean, the staff were friendly. the room we stayed in was lovely, it suited our needs perfectly. the breakfast was fab, hot and cold buffet with all you could want on it.

in the room the kettle was perfect but there were only 2 teabags, one normal and one peppermint, and 2 coffee sachets one of which was decaf, and the 2 little pods of milk/cream tasted horrible, it didn’t spoil our stay, we just bought some teabags and milk at the local monoprix store.

We stayed in twin with windows on the main street and no street noise inside the room with closed window! The room was small, but very cosy and comfortable, there was place for small table and chair as well. Cleaning the room with change of towels was done on daily basis. Breakfast was super good: hot part(omelet and bacon, sausages, pancakes), plates of cheeses/meats/fish, yogurts, a lot of kinds of cupcakes, fresh juices, different kinds of bread. Just to add some vegetables will be good. The coffee/ tea machine proposes a lot of variants of really super delicious drinks: I think cappuccino from it is one of the best I have ever drunk! Kitchen team with Christel a head was very kind and friendly. Salon place for breakfast and spending time after eating has real Parisian spirit: decoration on the wall, furniture, interesting books on the small tables… This hotel is cozy place in the heart of Paris.

Everything was fine, just there was one evening, when connection to internet was not possible for all our devices, as per info from my laptop the traffic was out of limits, but next morning this issue was decided.

the location is super

the design of the room was beautiful. the mattress was very comfortable and everything seemed newly renovated. mamadi who works at the reception was a great host. made us feel at home and very available with whatever we needed.

the room was very hot all the time. slept with no covers and still was hot (it was February) the toilet leaked water for some reason. I would have liked an extra Nescafé sachet every day.

The hotel is located in a very nice area close to Montparnasse tower on the vey beautiful Rue de Rennes, full of nice shops, good bakeries and cafes. Not far from Jardins de Luxembourg and very close to metro stations, which makes easy to move around the city. The room are quite spacious for the Parisian hotel standard. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and new.

The insulation of the rooms was not so good and we could hear the noise from other room and the corridor, specially in the morning when the housekeeping starts cleaning the rooms.

The breakfast was rich but didn't have any vegetables. When asked to fix the shower while we are travelling. The stuff was unwilling to to this, saying we should contact them while we are in the room which was pretty inconvenient

The hotel was situated in a great location and was close to both the metro and the train lines. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. There were also many options for breakfast. I would stay here again.

Some parts of the room looked a bit tired and dirty and the main blind was broken.

The Hotel is conveniently located. Many restaurants and subway station located around the corner. Relatively quiet at night.

One of our bath towels were replaced with hand towels. We asked for replacement which never arrived. Staff had problems directing us as to options for public transportation to tourist attractions, such as the Eiffel Tower or Palace of Versailles.

Very nice and clean and in a very good location.

Staff weren’t too happy to help us, when we asked to leave luggage in the hotel till our flight the attendant was unhappy to help us. We were also told that the hotel did airport transfers - to the airport. This was not the case, we had to order and pay for a taxi.
