It was centrally located in the heart of Paris (6th Arrondissement). You are very close to the grocery stores like Monoprix, local butcher, bakery like Seco. I recommend this French restaurant which is only one block away from the hotel, Zero Zero Sevres, they serve one of the BEST boeuf bourguignon. If you want to do your own laundry, they don't have it in the hotel but there is one located directly across from the hotel. You can also walk to Le Bon Marche, which is a very popular mall that only sells luxury brands (i.e. Louis Vuitton, Moncler, Chanel, etc.), it's like a 10 minute walk. The nearest train station (Vaneau) is only a 3 minute walk. WARNING: they DO NOT have elevator/lift, so be prepared to walk up and down the stairs. However, everyone in the reception are very friendly and will help to carry your luggage to your room.

They don't have an elevator/lift but the staff will help you. The room we got didn't have good lightings so they need to upgrade their lighting. Our room was at the top floor and the door was very hard to open so the cleaning crew didn't bother to go inside to clean for a few days. However, I addressed this to the staff and they fixed it and they gave us clean towels and soaps. The staff can speak English but are not fluent so make sure you pull out your google translate just in case there is an issue with the language barrier.

Great place to stay with amazing features. My room was provided with all cooking and kitchenware also a fridge. Bed was comfy too. Everything you need is there, spacious, comfortable and lovely interior

The only drawback was the heating system in the room which was not really working well. I visited during the winter and it was cold for both of my night there, was not able to inform the staff about it due to tight schedule and decided to tolerate it. Heating rack in the bathroom is not performing at its best as well. If they fix these issues, it would have been a perfect stay.

I had a great stay at the Montebello Hotel. The room was clean and modern, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they allowed us to check in early with no fuss. The hotel is located in a central location, so it's a short walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation. It's also close to a number of attractions. I would definitely recommend the Montebello Apartment Hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient place to stay in the city.

We ,my husband and I are in our 70s,so being on the 3rd floor,and no lift ,we got healthy,walking up 3 flights of stairs,51 steps!!!!

The place is good value for money, somewhere between 2 and 3 star rating imo. It is located in a narrow quiet street but the main road is walking from there where you can find groceries, bakery etc. Venu train station is walkable. The small stove and kitchenette was useful to fix breakfast, quick meals, etc. Montebello is one of the very few places in the heart of Paris that has room accommodation for family of 4 at a reasonable price.

The rooms are compact than what it looks in picture. Although the room was one bedroom apartment, it felt cramped for family of 4 with all the luggage. The access is through very narrow stairs. There is no coffee or coffee maker in the room and staff said that tap water is not suitable to drink. The sofa bed is okay, not too comfy. However, the benefits outweigh the shortcomings.

The AC is quite loud so we had to turn it off during sleep. The water pressure was low but I assume its because we were at the highest floor.

Location is excellent- very near two metro stations which will take you anywhere. The neighbourhood itself felt safe to walk around. The building is quite secure with a separate tap card required for entry. There is a pizza shop right next door which makes excellent pizza, also plenty of grocery stores/bakeries which are all within 2-3minutes walk. I HATE walking so all these were a big bonus for me. Bed is comfy, the linen and towels that were provded were all clean. staff are friendly and generally helpful, even help with our trash disposal. Room cleaning was not expected but was a bonus. No issues with warm water shower. Kitchen is small but functional.

Doesnt have elevator so keep this in mind- was not a huge issue for us however. Can hear the upstair guests walking around a bit but honestly we were too exhausted at night to be bothered by this.

Great value clean and comfortable room/studio apartment. Well located in a nice area with two metro stations within a five minute walk, a couple of supermarkets and other shops plus plenty of restaurants very close by. We stayed on the ground floor so the lack of lift was not an issue for us. Reception were friendly and helpful and kindly stored our luggage when we arrived several hours before check in time. Would definitely stay here again if come back to Paris

Only a small negative, but the hanging space in the closet was too low to hang up any skirts or dresses, they had to be hung on the coat hooks by the door (on the plus side though the closet had two large shelves as well as the hanging rail and could also fit the suitcases in which kept them neatly out of the way)

The location is great, the rooms are very comfortable and the staff is helpful. Perfect place!

lovely neighborhood, very comfortable to get around the city, great cafes nearby for parisian breakfasts. the room provides a feel of independance if you want something inbetween a hotel and an airbnb without disadvantages of either. Clean and spacious enough for Paris. very comfortable, would recommend!

we stayed on the ground floor and there was not enough light coming in the room. the wallpaper had a few stains on it, even though the room was cleaned daily.
