Location was great. Loved the restaurants right outside the door which were open until 2am! Also appreciated having the metro steps away. It made getting around the city very easy. The room was small, no doubt. But the bed was firm and comfy, and housekeeping made it everyday. The bathroom was small, but we didn't need anything more.

The room was small. Tight quarters for two people to negotiate. The shower was prone to flooding, but we worked out how to avoid that. A few small issues with towels and toiletries, but noting major.

location and cleanliness

few staff ( 1 person only on the reception), which necessitates that we always go down and go up to get coffee or other goods from him. in addition that I ask for maintenance of water closet but nobody answer.

- Daily cleaning is at a high level - Recently renovated at a nice style - Luminous rooms - Perfect location with 4 Metro stations just outside the hotel. Easy access from/to CDG or Orly airport. - Friendly english speaking front door staff. - Proximity to nice local cuisine restaurants, super markets Mac Donald’s-Burger King etc. - 10’ with metro from all major city monuments.

I requested a room with a view, I think I paid extra for it, and got a great view of the area from windows that opened. The front desk and housekeeping were VERY nice and accommodating. Public transportation was right out front, and many restaurants and pastry coffee shops were within a block. They serve breakfast (not included) but I never used it.

The room was extremely small, and though we got one on the top floor as requested, the top floor room had vaulted wall area that I hit my head on, and made the room seem even smaller. WARNING: don’t depend on laundry service here. They have it and was well done, but 9 or 10 days worth of laundry cost $300. Also their elevator is TINY and slow. Barely enuf room for 2 people plus 1 suitcase.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean . I really can't say what was the best thing cause everything was convenient and perfect for our 6 days stay. The location was perfect in a few steps: you're in the metro or taking the bus . Restaurants and coffeeshops around it and supermarkets. Honestly, I was so glad to book in this hotel.

Location is perfect! The metro is very close, making it very easy to go anywhere. In four days we went to all the hotspots and had a blast! Mr Stevens is awesome and has great advice and helped us tremendously to navigate the city (citymapper app is a must!) The breakfast is awesome and well presented! The lady that tends to the breakfast is awesome and funny too! She taught us how to say our room number in french and offered delicious coffee and juice even though it was close to closing time. The bedroom is perfect for a couple and everything is clean and comfortable. Everything was fabulous and made our Paris trip very memorable. Thank you!

The location is at the intersection of a major transportation hub for buses and the Metro. There are lots of brasseries (good restaurants), movie theaters (French and English films), great shopping, and just a great location overall. The hotel was very clean. The room had great natural lighting. The room was small, but was not a problem given the other pluses. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was in a charming space with a stone, arched entrance.

the shower had a slow drain

The location is great, just in front of a subway station and in a beautiful neighborhood (Montparnasse, in front of the tower). The room is comfy, the breakfast is good and all the staff is very gentle.

The shower of my room (25) had a little problem that it keeps moving when turned on and it was visible that someone tried to poorly fix it, but it was not a problem, we could take showers with no concerns.

Just located in the heart of Paris infront of Tour Montparnasse and few steps to metro station.👍👍 Great place to stay to make shopping, to have sightseeings, no homeless in this place as well. The rooms are very cozy and hotel fully rennovated. 😍 If you book the room with balcony, just enjoy your tea in this Parisian mode. Toilets are having toto toilets (known as shatafa for Arabs), this is great news for Asians and Arabs 😀

The very central location with the metro station 5 steps away, comfy beds, the toilet seat!!! 😁 (warm seat after a 13 km walk was a very welcoming luxury on a very cold day), Stevens at the Front Desk! 🙏🏻

The housekeeping service was not consistent. The room was very clean but H/K put water in our fridge one day, didn’t the next day.. same with coffee, changed the towels on the second day when they didn’t need to 🤷🏻‍♀️.. changed my pillow that I thought was very comfortable to a less comfy one..
