Lovely staff. Great central location to explore Paris with cafes and velib bike hire station at the end of the street. The room on the top floor with dorma windows and a view of the neighbouring period apartments and chimneys felt really Parisian. Clean and option to add good breakfast was a convenient bonus.

The air-conditioning smelt musty and warm despite being turned down to the coolest setting. Windows provide lots of air, but this room would be very hot in high summer. Soft fabric walls and carpeted floors make for lovely decor but might also affect people sensitive to dust. This is a busy district with nightclubs, so expect very loud music and revelry on party nights.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Prince De Conti. We were visiting Paris with our two daughters (14 and 18)for the first time. It was difficult to find a room large enough to hold four of us for an affordable price. Fortunately I started my search early (8 months early) and found this family suite with two rooms and a bath for reasonable price. Buildings in Paris are generally very old, so don't expect it to be like a family suite in Hilton. It does not appear to have airconditioning (at least I did not see it) but it was cool during our stay, so was not our concern. Every day the beds and bathroom were cleaned and made tidy and clean new towels were provided, which was very nice! The location was convenient to the big sights (Louvre etc) and train station. We were perfectly happy to stay there!

No free breakfast unless you are willing to pay $19 per person (you can get a perfectly good breakfast in nearby restaurants for possibly lower price). So we did not eat there. Also no free coffee in the morning but available later in the day.

Breakfast is expensive for the neighborhood, but there's a good variety of food which is served as a buffet. Room was on the ground floor at the back of a small garden--quiet and private. I was in Paris during demonstrations, and felt safe in this quiet neighborhood. Metro disruptions weren't a problem because I could walk to museums etc

I failed to pay attention to the variation in rates over the 4 nights I stayed (I had stayed here previously when rate didn't vary), so was surprised at the bill (higher than I anticipated) when I checked out. My fault! The concierge called a taxi for me to go to DeGaulle airport. After I got in the taxi, I realized it was not a licensed taxi (there are big posters at the airport warning against these). How do you tell? Red Taxi light on outside roof of vehicle and computer taxi mileage/billing screen next to the driver inside. My driver was polite and appropriate, but he dropped me off in a garage near the departure entrance as he isn't allowed to pull up at the 'official' entrance. Ask for licensed taxi!

Great location & friendly staff. Meet all expectations for the Hotel 3 Star rating.

Location. Quaint and comfortable.

Location of this hotel was the main reason we chose it and it was excellent for us. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpfull! One morning we ate outside, other morning at hotel and breakfast was a little bit expensive, but otherwise good.

The room was quite hot. There was a air conditioner, which was very loud, but did not make the room so cool. The bed was not very comfortable either and pillows were poor.

Le Prince de Conti is situated in the very best location between Pont Neuf and Boulevard St-Germain. We have stayed there before and always enjoy the nice surroundings and the many cafees and ethnic restaurants in the area. I guess Conti must be what you call a boutique hotel. We had a suite with two floors and a mezzanine with comfortable chairs and a view to the street, which is usually not too noisy. It's the perfect base for a trip to Paris, a stone throw from Le Seine and the Left Bank with all it has to offer :-)

Hotel room was extremely beautiful. There was a jakuzi inside the room and room was really big. I was not expecting this kind of clean and large room within this price but all in all it was perfect. Lobby and entrance was designed in an antique French style , so it was really attractive. It is really in the heart of the town and was very easy to walk in to nearby places.

The staff were helpful and wonderful. Sufan in particular was just really friendly and knowledgeable about anything you may be interested in doing. We LOVED the location, as it feels like you can walk for days in any direction and discover new nooks and crannies of Paris. And last but not least, there is a cocktail bar literally right next door that is to die for. Some of the best drinks in Paris, easily, and the small plates they served were amazing. Amazing deal for the price point! We will be staying here again when we come back.

The Hotel is very close to Notre Dame, the Louvre, Saint Germain. I got in winter time and the floor heater worked just fine. The room may be a bit cramped but all worked fine at the end of the day. Plus the staff’s extremely kind and helpful, so nothing to really complain about.
