Fantastic location steps from the Metro made it easy to get to from Gare de l'Est and easy to get to other sightseeing locations in Paris. Also very easy access to the RER to CDG airport when it was time to leave. Beautiful room overlooking the back so it was very quiet. Well-appointed bathroom with shower and nice thick towels. Lovely breakfast in the lower level, very well stocked, great selection of food items and pleasant staff. Friendly and helpful front desk staff available around the clock. They kept our luggage safe for us when we arrived very early from Reims before the room was ready, so that we could go out comfortably into the neighbourhood to find a place for lunch.

I can't think of anything to make it better.

Stay was okay. Room was clean but very small. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Reception was fine, a bit weird that you have to leave your room key at the reception, but not a big problem

Very tiny rooms, with tinie-tiny bathroom, but honestly this is to be expected in Paris. We asked for 2 separate beds, since it was 2 friends travelling, but the 2 beds were pushed together anyway and the room was too tiny to separate them really. Matrasses were not really comfortable. Airco is very loud, so we just left the window open instead, but I guess this wouldn't help in the summer heat (we were there in May so it was okay)

This hotel is a fabulous location if you're planning to to any day trips out of the city to the Loire Valley, etc. because one of the major tour operators picks up early in the morning from the Catacombs - a 3 minute walk from the property. Our double room was larger than expected with plenty of space for suitcases, etc. We also had two small balconies which we loved. The front desk staff was wonderful; one gentleman even walked us from the hotel to the Monoprix and helped my Mom with her wine selection. The breakfast buffet was simple (boiled eggs, breads, jams, meats/cheese, yogurts, fruit, juices, coffee/tea) but certainly enough to kick start a day of walking. We walked to the Louvre (about 40 minutes away), Eiffel Tower, etc. from here.

One staff member asked me to pay for the room the night *before* we were set to checkout. I mentioned I was pretty sure booking.com had already charged my card and honestly -- was surprised I was being asked to pay the day before our departure...but he disagreed. He did, in fact, double charge my card for the stay - a booking.com payment had been made several days prior but he didn't check or confirm. The good news? Another staff member caught it and notified me the next morning. He immediately took action to fix it.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. It's possible to reach every best Paris's places easy, with bus or metro. The Orly Airport is link with a bus by 15 minutes by foot, from hotel. But the best thing of the hotel are the available of the guests. Infact, I and my boyfriend arrived with a giant baggage, a doublebass, that was impossibile to leave in a storeroom. So, we got the biggest room of the hotel and the last day, we had the chance to leave the doublebass and the bags in the room until our flight in the evening. In this way, we were able to get around Paris comfortably. We are very grateful to them for this kindness, they saved litteraly!

Amazing location, great service, a perfectly sized room and while the bathroom was narrow, it was newly renovated and has all the necessities. There was air conditioning in the room which was a lifesaver. A very modern hotel in an old building. The mini fridge in the hotel room was a huge bonus and while there was no safe in the room, they at least had safety deposit boxes available. Note if you want them to hold luggage, the space for doing so is literally a closet, so while they were able to hold my carry-on for me before my train, I don't know how it works for full sized luggage.

What keeps this from being a 10/10 trip is the noise that came from the hallway. With no insulation between the door and hallway, everything was heard and unfortunately some of the people on my floor had no respect for the other clientele that were staying there and made a lot of noise. Besides insulation, maybe notifications that indicate quiet hours?

The location is not the best, it's a bit far from the center but there is a metro station right outside the hotel so it's really comfortable. The breakfast was somewhat dull but as Paris is the mothership of amazing patisserie, it's really not a big deal- I just wouldn't recommend getting breakfast included when booking. The staff is super nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Plus, if you get a room on the top floor, you get an amazing Parisian view :) Over all, I really liked it!

Big comfortable bed that we could walk around without falling on to it! Lots of surfaces in bedroom and bathroom ! It could be the only hotel in Paris with those two things! Really convenient location, really friendly staff, really good breakfast.

Toilet seat is narrow and uncomfortable. Elevator is comically small.

We had a gorgeous room on the top floor, with a wonderful view of the beautiful rooftops of Paris. It had everything we needed and it was very tidy and clean, always cleaned to perfection every morning. Breakfast was really nice as well, always welcomed by a lovely and friendly lady who made sure everything was perfect. Perfect location as well as super close to the metro.

No complaints!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Selma. She made so many phone calls on my behalf after I sprained my ankle; her help was invaluable. Everyone at reception was always welcoming and gave good, and accurate, information. The shower was great!

The breakfast! I liked the choices, but based on previous 3 star hotels in Paris where I’ve stayed, I was disappointed with the coffee. This was only because I expected to get cafe at lait made individually in the kitchen and not from a serve yourself carafe. Please know that I liked your coffee, but really love freshly made on request cafe au lait.

The location is perfect because it’s central in South-West of Paris. Easy access to public transportation if needed, many stores and restaurants around the area too.

It’s a boutique hotel, and small in size. Room is ok, but elevator for example is very small. If one has a baby wagon for example, it can be challenging.
