Perfect location close to metro, trains, etc. And a vibrant neighborhood. Around the corner is a long one block pedestrian friendly street with fresh fruit and veggie stalls, fishmonger, delis, meat markets, pastry and bakery, cafés, ethnic restaurants, and a large variety of other shops. A lively street on weekends and especially in the evenings. A nice place to have a drink or a meal, and people watch. There are bicycles available to use , no charge.

The hotel is wonderful. A charming eco-sustainable little hotel in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood with lots of shops, restaurants, market stalls in nearby rue Daguerre. Friendly and helpful staff. Good continental breakfast in a lovely little breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden. What a great way to start the day. Well connected by public transport to wherever you want to go in Paris. Excellent for arrivals from Orly. The room is rather basic, but it has everything you need. The bed was comfortable.

The only fault I can find is the walk-in shower. The management should find a way to prevent the water from potentially flooding the bathroom.

I liked everything, especially the kindness of the staff. I have known this hotel for 20 years and I keep going there when in Paris.

Everything was great!

The hotel is located in a good area which is safe. The room was clean. The staff was kind and willing to serve us. The room does not have a refrigerator, but I had to have some medicine refrigerated, I made a special request and they had a refrigerator in the room. I thank them very much. I have been to Paris 5 times and finally found my own hotel. Thanks again and in return.

On the downside, maybe they should put some salty flavors in the breakfast.

The location is great, close to a market, minutes away from public transportation and there are a lot of restaurants and nightlife in the area. Really nice neighborhood. The staff is nice and polite, the room was big and had heating and AC. We had help anytime we needed it. Breakfast is pretty minimal but worked for us.

The shower had a weird misty douche which was a bit not comfortable and felt like the pressure is low but overall manageable and not really problematic.

The staff was pretty cordial and helpful. The hotel has an amazing location in Paris downtown, close to many Metro and Rail lines, as well as many restaurants and bars. The room and cleanliness was ok. And the breakfast was nice. At the end, we paid a fair price for a well-located and reasonably comfortable hotel.

The air-conditioning was not working well and that can be a problem during Paris summer. Fortunately, the only night we stayed wasn't so hot. Also, the shower had a very weak flux of water. We barely managed to take a good bath.

It is in a great neighborhood, near a pedestrian street full of cafes and shops and close to a transport hub at Denfert-Rochereau. The hotel rooms are simple but bright and modern with tea and coffee making facilities, TV and sufficient clothes hanging space. There is a breakfast room on the ground floor and a lovely courtyard at the back of the building. The breakfast, which is included in the rate, is a delicious traditional French one: croissant, baguette, jam, juice, yoghurt, hot drinks.

Very close to desired transit station. Nice pedestrian street with representative shops and restaurants one the way from station and around corner from hotel. Grocery (Franprix and Monoprix plus small stalls) shopping possible nearby as well. A little fridge in the room! Evening staff especially friendly and helpful. Lovely little courtyard to look on though it was too wet to sit in. Bikes to borrow. Eco vibe. Nice basic breakfast.

Looked a bit more like a dorm room than hotel room. Maybe an eco mural on one wall?

Breakfast, that was included, was what we expected from previous reviews. Baguette and croissant with butter, jams and honey and a choice of teas/coffees, plus apple juice and yogurt. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The concept of an eco friendly hotel is a plus. So are the bicycles, available for free. Nice patio area outside. Nice it has an elevator. And the location is perfect for its many bakeries, various ethnic restaurants, fresh fruit and veggie markets, etc on a car-free pedestrian street. The Metro and train line RER B is a five minute walk. So easy to get to/from with luggage. This area has a nice vibe to it. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Paris. An excellent location!

Not a thing!

This hotel is situated in a good location, fairly central being that Paris is a big city (20 minutes to Tour Eiffel by public transportation or about 55 minutes walking, 30 minutes walking to latin quartier and Pantheon). Nice neighbourhood with restaurants and shops, quiet at night and safe. Metro station 3, 4 minutes walking and Montparnase (metro, bus and train) big station 10 minutes walking. Reception untill midnight. Friendly staff. Very clean. Simple but ok room, with some toiletries. Towels changed daily. Breakfast is simple and the same every day (bread, butter, croissant, gem, juice, coffee, youghurt), but it was ok for us as we don't eat much in the morning.

There was a problem with our window, it didn't closed all the way, so the sound proof wasn't as good as it should be. Room 41. Other than that, for the price paid, I wasn't expecting luxury.
