Firstly, the assistance from the staff was exceptional. I was greeted by a smile and shown everything from the room to the parking location and how to access it all. My friend was sitting outside in the morning and was momentarily barefoot, to which he was given a pair of slippers for comfort. He didn't ask, but was assisted. The location is great, considering the price. It also all felt safe.

The beds were okay, and only one pillow on average per bed. Our apartment had little ventilation, but I guess the building design doesn't help much for that. It is still great value for money, but the next step of comfort could be to focus on the beds and linen a little bit more and to try create some mechanical ventilation.

The hotel was tucked away in a cozy square. The bathroom was modern and felt brand-new - did not get a chance to try the sauna, wish I had; we tried the spa tub and it was great! Amenities like room slippers were available so that was very nice. The location was great, right next to a busy street with lots of shops and bakeries, which started our Paris trip on just the right foot! They let us drop off our bags before check in as well which was VERY helpful!

Very good location, ground floor, easy access for elderly. Very quite, nice courtyard where you could enjoy your own food. Very close to multiple restaurants, and best of all an active shopping street with grocery stores, bakeries, cheese vendors and more so having a fridge and a sink and basic kitchen utilities was very handy. Very lively street always fun to walk. Very good shower (we Icelander's are spoiled by our showers and are usually disappointed when traveling).

I cant really say there were any problems, It was a really good value for money, all things considered and exceeded expectations.

Loved this place- very beautiful rooms, amazing location, close to the Orlybus Airport bus stop,as well as the metro connecting to main lines. Very close to very cute shopping area, our apartment was amazing with own little kitchen to cook with coffee maker available and coffee provided, plenty of grocery and outside market options nearby. There were many little boutiques, shops, restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was super comfortable with a big bed and also pull out couches, a big bathtub and sauna. The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. It made our stay in Paris so wonderful.

Location is perfect. Personnel were very kind and helpful. Our room have everything we need. Unfortunately we stayed one night but next we are planning to stay same place. They keep our bags for we can travel the city freely even after we leave the hotel. Thank you for everything.

We arrived with a car and in booking it shows hotel has a parking place but after we arrive they say we need to reserve a car place from hotel. So we have to leave our car in a parking lot where is 7-8 mins walk to hotel.

This is a nice hotel, setup as apartments. The bed was comfortable, with nice sheets, and I could make my own breakfast. The building is a nice old one, in a really nice neighbourhood. There are lots of restaurants and food shops nearby. Also we walked down to Notre Dame from here - past the Pantheon. I would stay here again.

Some parts are a bit tatty, like the carpets in the hall, and the bedroom floor, but these are really minor.

Refurbished old house. Rooms are small but cozy. Very friendly staff. Location is great in the middle of 14th quartier surrounded by restaurants. They have 1 single parking spot in the neighboring building. Book it in advance.

The room was too small for 2 adults and 2 kids. Bathroom is tiny. If you travel with family book their bigger rooms.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! The location is perfect: in a quiet and extremely charming neighborhood, well connected thanks to nearby RER and metro stations. The room was small (it was 4 of us, 2 of whom small kids), but very comfortable and clean. I'd certainly want to go back.

We stayed one night before heading to disneyland. We were too family of 5. Each family had three young kids. We loved the place. . Amazing shower and comfy beds were the highlights. Loved the shower pressure..everyone of the family stayed long in the shower enjoying those lovely shower. Beds were comfy. Clean rooms. We cooked our meal so everything was there from cutlery and all the saucepans, knifes, plates etc.. There was a mini bar (extra fee) We got Complimentary drinks and water. Next best thing was staff. All the staff members we met, were very friendly, helpful, and super attentive. They all speak good English. That was a plus. Everytime we asked something, they helped us with a lovely smile. They even kept our luggages free whole day. (even After we checked out ) TV was working, but local channels. We didn't have time to watch TV. So nothing to worry. Location was good too. 14 minutes taxi drive away from Eiffel Tower. We drove there so had to park in a parking garage five minutes away. But it was super easy too. Nothing to complain.

Space is bit small for a family with three active younge kids, but not a huge problem. Only thing we thought was to change is the chairs in dining table /breakfast bar. They would have been bit comfortable and indoor type. This is a suggestion only.

The staff was very helpfull. We could leave the bagage the last day of our stay and pick up them later afternoon before we go to airport. Hotel is very near of metro and it takes 15 minutes to be in center. In case we will go to Paris again, we are going to stay there again. One of the cleanest apartment I ever visited.

Small apartment, but function and clean. For 2 people super, for family could be larger .... But we only went there for the night and it was sufficient.
