The hotel is a classical small hotel, no AirBnB no big chain, which is exactly what we wanted. The room and bathroom were not big, but it was clean and all we needed and expected. The hotel has a nice small 1st floor terrace in the courtyard, where we read and chatted in the evening. The location is excellent - the immediate and wider surroundings are wonderful to explore, with small shops, cafés, restaurants, etc. in the small side roads - all the way to Gare Montparnasse, which is not too far away and where we continued the journey next morning by TGV. I would recommend it also for longer stays in Paris.

After the mixup of our room, when it was corrected and we were given what we booked we loved the location of the hotel. The street where the hotel is located is fantastic with many cafes, fresh fruit and veggie markets, and little shops. It's around the corner from a famous cemetery that reminded me of an art museum with beautiful sculptures and trees.

The room we booked was not available on the first nite of our stay. We booked a room with 2 single beds since I was traveling with my adult son. So we made do and the second nite we were given a great room with 2 single bed. This was a much better room with a great bathroom and a view over the hotel's lovely outdoor patio and garden.

It's warm, clean, with good neighbourhood. The administrators are very nice, they speak English. The bed is very comfortable. And it's very quiet. There lives a lovely black cat in the garden who always tries to sneak into your room through the window, I liked it, but maybe it's not ok for everyone.

THE ANTS! Never, I mean it, NEVER leave any food nor a bag with food on the floor. There will be an army of ants in a minute. I hope the hotel administration would do something with it.

Amazing location! Most of the staff we met were lovely and attentive. Even though it's a bit rough around the edges the room was okay and the stay was pleasant, I would definitely stay here again. Also the roof terrace was a wonderful place to relax.

One staff member was a bit cold. The shower gel was very basic. The toilet seat was loose and the plug sockets were coming off the wall a bit.

The one of best arrondissement , so good place to stay because of location.metro, buses all are very close.

Very small rooms, there only 1 towels for 1 person, not two as usual. There is no remote control for the TV. when I asked for extra towels and a remote control, unfortunately we did not get it. Breakfast is only coffee and croissant...

The staff was very nice. We had to check in in the afternoon, but the staff let us leave our luggage in the hotel in the morning already, so we could head over into the city without carrying all the luggage with us! Small, but very clean room. Very good location, nice neighbourhood, close to the metro station, many supermarkets and bakeries nearby. All that for a great price.

The room did not have any airconditioning, which was kind of unpleasant as it was 30+ degrees Celsius in the city during our stay. But for the price, it is totally understandable that these kind of facilities are not present.

very near metros, bus and the neighborhood is really nice. there are A LOT of restaurants, boulangeries and chocolate shops within walking distance

we booked a twin/double bed but we got 2 single beds that were next to each other. nonetheless, the beds were really comfy and we did not have trouble sleeping at all

Cleaning of the room was everyday. The room is nice and it was warm in the middle of October. Someone wrote that there was no hairdryer in the room. If there is no in your room you can ask for it on the reception, but we had it in our bathroom.

There were loud sounds from the street some days, but I can’t say that it was a big problem.
