the price for a room with private bathroom is the best in town. even its location is out of paris districts, it is well connected to the center with metro lines 13, 14, 4 (10 min. walks to each station) the breakfast costs 7.5 euro. for that price it has good selection (bad croissants, average breads, coffee, juices, yoghurt, jam, butter, dried fruits, even cheese) wifi works perfectly staff is helpful and friendly
the room cabrio is very small, especially the bathroom, but comfortable enough. if you are an average person, you'll use it easily, but if you are built, you may find it difficult to use the bathroom in particular. the neighborhood looks a little bit creepy, uncanny and disturbing, but nothing bad happens...

Here’s a polished version of your review: The F1 Hotel in Paris is truly an amazing place to stay and offers fantastic value for money. The location is perfect close to many authentic Parisian coffee shops and vibrant fruit markets, giving you a real taste of local life. The hotel is impressively clean, and they change towels every day, which adds a nice touch. The showers are excellent, with super hot water that’s perfect for winter stays. I also love the shower cabins with hooks where you can hang your clothes, such a thoughtful detail. The rooms are cozy, with nice views, and even though there are many rooms on each floor, the walls are so thick that you don’t hear a thing. I could even play my music on loud without any issues! This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it’s perfect if you’re on a budget and want a clean, comfortable place to stay. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Paris, and this one is by far the best value for money. I keep coming back and will definitely book here again next time. Highly recommend!
I liked everything

All clean and tidy. The people are nice, they have lockers so we were able to leave the bags until the departure. The no key system is very convenient as you are not afraid to lose it. Tiny but convenient shower. I almost didn’t hear my neighbors. Maybe I didn’t have them. The distance is about 6km but for these money it’s just great. The neighbors near is a little scary but the neighborhood of the hotel is very convenient, there is a supermarket and boulangeries.
Clubbing people in the morning were loud too, they wouldn’t leave for long and that kept us up. I guess not hostels fault still weird for me that they could make such noise so calmly at 5am. My friend’s shower worked horribly and the water wasn’t warm. My shower had a good pressure and the temperature so she could shower in my room which did not spoil our experience.

Second time in a F1 hotel. I love the concept: room is small and basic but super clean, everything in great condition and very good mattresses. No charm but I don't like to pay extra for fancy things, just make it clean and comfortable. We were allowed to actually checkin a couple of hours early and got a room to the back which is quiet.. They also let us leave our baggage there for some hours after check-out as we were not leaving Paris until the afternoon. Saved having to drag things around or finding a place to store them. There are a couple of supermarkets pretty close but the Lidl 8 minutes walk is the best. Great selection for cheap prices and we microwaved some meals back in the hotel, there are tables where one can eat by the vending area. One can get breakfast there for € 7.50 but we never tried it. Is about 600 meters from the Metro and a tram line but fairly well connected without being right in the center. There is another F1 hotel in Rungis south towards Orly Airport but it seemed to not be so conveniently connected with public transportation as this location.
There is a good security but just the next block were a group of dozens of gypsies camping in their vans and on the street and a dozen or more homeless living in tents with their piles of junk. We avoided these people but one has to take some care. Otherwise the neighborhood is OK although not rich. The main peripherial road is right across from the hotel. I imagine this means the rooms facing the front are likely loud. They have a number of vending machines with snacks and drinks but also some hot food and they had 3 microwave ovens. Unfortunately 2 of the microwaves were broken and both the coffee machine and 1 of the vending machines broke while we were there. So good effort but these machines were unreliable.

Clean, nice colours, good stuff, hot water in lobby, help with everything. You even can put your things and don't worry about them. And rooms are small but cute and comfortable
Outside the window was kind of roof and at night someone was there and in the morning too . And there was a lot of trash in this street. Also sad was quite far location from everything Shower and toilet common and that was bed because there are man and woman. And some people didn't clean toilets and they did horrible sounds there which made being there disgusting. I know hotel can't change guest's behaviour, but maybe separate genders or something like that, will be great

the room was really nice (tight but good enough for the price), the elevators work well and also the staff was nice! They had some machines to buy food and coffee, and a place to fill water bottles! The bathroom was good too (even though you have to share with other people - it’s really clean)
The location was good and bad at the same time…it’s not that far from bus stops and train stations, but it’s pretty close to a “ghetto” neighborhood (a lot of dirty and homeless people) - we didn’t felt same at the beginning but we didn’t have to pass through that a lot!

We travelled as a family (5 kids from 13 years old and older) during summer. We left the hotel at 7am and reach the hotel back daily around 6pm (sightseeing were done using the Metro). Depend on the Metro that you take - there will be sketchy area that you have to walk through (less.than 5 minutes to pass by the area). But since we got to the hotel early during day time - it didn't really bother us. So location was acceptable. What we love is that the hotel able to accommodate early check-in. That was a blessing after a long flight to Paris. The shared toilet and shower was OK. Perhaps.we use them mostly during off peak hours. But it was sufficient. Having at least a sink in the bedroom helps too. WiFi is very strong! Hot water and chilled water provided for free at the lobby.
Ventilation could be better. We had to open the window to let cooler air come in. Unfortunately our rooms were facing the main highway - so there were some tradeoff. But we were so tired, it didn't really bother us.

The accommodation was clean, the beds were okay, and the room had a lavatory. Shared showers and toilets were also clean and comfortable. Overall, when you're on a budget trip and you only need a clean place where you need to sleep, this is very good choice because price was very affordable. Hotel is also very close to the metro station and you can get to a city center in a few minutes. The center is also basically at a walkable distance.
Personnel was able to speak English quite fluently, but was not pretty kind and got a copy of a friend ID card as we were group of 3 friends and one of us was 17. The man told us he has to do it in accordance to the French law. If he was polite, I would understand it, but it wrecked our mood a bit.

We have stayed here numerous times over the last 8 years. It has great links to the rest of the city and some great food places in the locality. Perfect location for what we come to Paris for. If you are new to this area, please do your research as the area isn't for everyone! We stayed on particularly hot days and were given a fan for the room and some complimentary water bottles and hand fans to use, which was a nice touch. This time round, it was the first time we used the shared bathroom facilities, which I wasn't particularly looking forward too but I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean they were. Also enough facilities that we never had to wait to use anything. If you require a quieter stay, then request a room at the back of the hotel rather than on the front next to the main road. Fab stay see you next time!

Room - satisfied. It was great to have a washbasin in the room not to use common facilities. The room was cleaned every day and clean towels were provided. Thank you. When I forgot my bag in the common area, the man from security brought it to my room. We appreciate this.
- The bed in our room was very squeaky. - Give more info at the guests' arrival like the location of the kitchen, breakfast hours etc. In this case, the visitors will feel more welcomed and less confused. - It was strange that the staff (security, some ladies in the canteen who needed to ask for your room) didn't speak English. - The location is good, but it's not far from the bridge where lots of homeless people live.
