As in life, everything has its up and down sides. The location is just outside Montmartre, thirty minutes of a nonchalant walk and you're next to the magnificent Sacré-Cœur and spectacular views. Our bedsheets were changed daily, new towels and very clean room. Proximity to the metropolitan made it super easy to be next to the Louvre in 20-25 minutes. Just next to the exit there's multiple snack machines, as well as the coffee one. But 7 minute walk up to the city will lead you to a marvelous bakery on the right side. Try the pain au chocolat, they were omg, amazing!!

When in the nighttime it can get pretty sketchy to walk back to the hotel, especially during the weekend as some clubs are located next to the hotel with not the most appealing clientele. - c'est la vie! There wasn't hot water for one night. Plus the doors felt more like curtains as you're able to hear everything in the hallway.

I liked the fact that the room was fresh and everything was neat and clean. The towels were changed every day and everything was regularly taken care of. The staff were kind and always ready to help. Thank you.

There is no room to store your things - not even a single drawer or small cabinet so everything has to stay in the suitcase. When you shower, water drains down the door and there was water under the bed going out of the bathroom. And last, the hotel cannot make the other guests not slam their doors when the come in or out but they can have doors that isolate all the noise of those guests and cleaning ladies.

The room was clean and functional. We were going to the Stade de France so the location was excellent ... near the Metro so easy to get back!! The facilities around the hotel were not great .... not easy to find some breakfast in the morning!!!

The ventilation in the room .... you either had to have the window open and therefore hear all the traffic noise (the hotel is very near the Periferique) or have it closed and be very hot!! Towels were very thin and quite threadbare. The room ... Euros 124 for one night and Euros 135 for the next - was very expensive for VERY basic facilities

The room was more spacious, clean and comfortable than I expected reading past reviews. The beds were comfy, rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. Body soap and toilet paper provided. In the building there are paid lockers if you need to leave your luggage somewhere after check-out. In the same building there is a grocery shop and metro in a distance of 10 minutes walk.

Air condition was quite weak. Area is still noisy in the night if you want to leave the window open for fresh air. The street towards Montmartre was smelling disgustingly with urine, especially under the bridge next to the hotel, but likely walking opposite towards Garibaldi station it was fine.

Room was what you'd expect. Basic but clean, TV in room with the ability to cast, bed, shower and WC. Overlooking a dual carriageway but only in there at night so wasnt an issue and windows kept the noise out to a very good level. Staff were good with the interactions i had with them. Garibaldi Metro station 10 minutes walk away and the Champs Elysees only a few stops. Overall a good place to get your head down while you explore Paris

Mattress wasn't the best, very thin and hard. Makes such a difference when you want to have a decent sleep. Directly outside the hotel isn't great, a massive flea market where people just chuck items all over the floor and the bin men try to clean up daily. Some apartment blocks on the way down to Garibaldi had police outside talking to local youths 3 of the 4 nights and homelessness a real issue

good location, contrary to various opinions, safe. The flea market in the area is quite a mess during the day and there is a lot of rubbish left in the evening. But coming back late in the evening I didn't feel any threat, it was very peaceful. To avoid the market, walk right out of the hotel towards the nearest metro station, Porte de Clichy

breakfast modest and sometimes there was a lack of products, which, although replenished on a regular basis, the number of guests caused longer breaks in availability. No luggage storage. there are only paid lockers, there are few of them and large luggage may not fit

The room was perfect for 3 people, nicely cleaned everyday with our towels changed. Close to bus station, the metro is about 13-15min away. Close to some nice bakeries

A bit far from the center, it took us about 40' to an hour every morning to go to the center by public transport. The surrounding area smells a bit but i guess that is just paris. We have to pay a bit more for the city tax at the desk when check in, so they need to update the info on the website

The hotel was exactly what it said on the box. Budget. But clean and comfortable and did the job. We only slept there so it served its purpose at half the price of some other options in Paris. We had an accessible room for my husband which was a decent size with a roll in shower. As the metro is not the most user friendly we rolled a lot and used buses and trams so proximity to those is very good. We did not stay out too late so cannot comment on after dark location - but up to 10pm it was safe enough- just be cautious. (Bearing in mind sun only set around 9:45pm). Overall a decent place to stay if you're not wanting to spend your money on accommodation but rather your Parisian experiences.

The breakfast was chaos and so I'm glad I didn't pick that option. We had breakfast elsewhere. There was a €6.78 charge on arrival for city taxes that threw us a bit as we weren't aware.

Perfect place to stay if you're tight on budget and need a hotel room just to sleep :) The hotel itself is located in a a very dodgy area right next to the market with some not quite friendly people... However, I'm sure no one is going to do anything to you as long as you stay away and don't look for troubles :) Apart from that location is quite good - less than 10mins walk to Garibaldi metro station, few minutes walk to the bus stop; there is a supermarket right at the corner as well as many restaurants, bakeries, etc within walking distance. I arrived a lot earlier so got into my room at 08:00am for additional price which I didn't mind. The room itself was small but we had 3 beds, a small desk, TV and there was separate shower and toilet. In the hotel lobby you can find anything you need - microwave, vending machines with water/snacks/personal needs (toothbrush, haircomb, tower, umbrella, etc); there is coffee machine and water dispenser. In case you need a hairdryer - you can get it from reception (for a refundable deposit). So all in all, it's a perfect budget stay.

I would say the room seemed a bit cold at the beginning but hotel maintains general temperature of 19degrees... Anyway, blankets were comfy and water in the shower was hot so one can warmup :)

personnel/staff were very friendly and helpful... Comfortable room/bed... everything you need - except a fridge... Clean... not chic chic, but nice... Breakfast is good... I would advise it... price was kind of high - but cheap in comparison to just about everything else in Paris... Semi-secure Parking under the hotel... Best to pay online in advance (it's a different co. from the hotel)... the lever wouldn't rise to let me out when we were leaving, but when I went and told the employee at the desk and showed my receipt, he gave me a ticket to get out...

Location... A bit far from center... but doable - Metro 10 mins. by foot or can use Bolt... About 45 mins by foot to Montmartre... Noisy from the highway when you open the window... When we got close to arrival and exited off the highway near the hotel, I was threatened to be shot by a guy who wiped a dirty rag on my windshield and asked me to pay him... I refused... He went away... We missed a turn and some gang members were arguing and blocking a sidestreet... When we entered from the parking some strange people were hanging outside watching us... In the area around the hotel you gotta watch your stuff -- same as everywhere in Paris - especially the subways... Made everything a bit exciting :)
