The hotel has beautiful & clever design throughout. Staff is very attentive and everything is spotless clean. Beds and pillows are just perfect. Windows can open to let in fresh air. And they have a pool and sauna which is not common for hotel in Paris. Location is perfect, quiet and safe area perfect base to explore Paris. It took us 15-30 min walk to get to Latin Quartier.

The hotel is new and feels that way. There is exceptional level for details, allowing the stay to be trouble-free. I traveled with my boy and he really enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast was very good with fresh food daily. It does not vary day to day but there is enough variety for anyone.

Rooms were a bit small but I suppose this is customary to Paris. Had enough room. The hotel is a bit tricky to get to from CDG airports.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Montparnasse station (3-minute walk) as we had a very early train to catch on the day of departure. But, what a find! It's slightly out from the main tourist sites (The Eiffel Tower etc. are a short metro or cab journey away) but still in a very cool neighbourhood with nice restaurants and it offered, when we stayed in December, excellent value for money. The room was large (especially for Paris and after Bruges, which we'd just left) and very comfortable and had everything you need including peace and quiet, a decent shower, luxurious towels, a comfy bed and a coffee machine. The team were young and friendly, especially on check in. We used the pool and sauna whilst there and they were an added bonus. As is the speakeasy bar, which is very cool! Given all of the above, and its convenience to the train station we use to get in/out of Paris, we will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, the speakeasy was closed when we got back around 10pm Sunday night, which is a shame as we'd have enjoyed a cocktail to round off the weekend.

Clean and comfortable place. Good location in Paris. The people working there where not always that friendly, but not all of them. The breakfast is really simple and easy, just a couple of croissant and breads. To sum it up: a 9! Good Hotel.

Some of the people who work there. The breakfast was really minimalistic. For the Parking you need a code. If you make a reservation for Parking; make sure that you know the code, otherwise you'll be stuck in the parking garage in the basement.

Brand new hotel, everything was designed to the last detail. I loved everything in the room, the floor corridors, the elevators, the common use areas, the breakfast, the reception. Everything was modern luxury and five star level. Congrats for the very soundproof room walls. This was a positive surprise. Also, the environmental friendliness of the concept was very positive. Lack of plastic was great. The only thing I can spot is that the water from the floor fountains was not cold enough. But this is a tiny detail in the overall perfect experience. The Sauna, Pool and Gym were also perfect for us. The appointment system allows privacy in there areas. Overall worth 5 stars.

I thought the room was a great size. Beds were super comfy. Very clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Very close to the metro and very nice cafes and bakeries.

The only thing I wish the room had was a mini fridge or at least the opportunity to get ice somewhere.

I loved everything about the drawing house, the art/paintings, the decor, the staff, from reception/ front of house to breakfast and dinner dining , to cleaners. lovely comfort of the room, spa facilities and lounge area. The food and drinks were great too.

Located near the Gare Montparnasse, perfect for those who are looking for a high-standard hotel with fair prices. Great bonus- a pool and sauna facilities. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, but rather ate outside or bought at a supermarket around the corner. Spacious room, nice staff, clean, near metro and RER and more. Enjoy your stay!

The reception staff were fantastic. Lovely, friendly people who helped us every day of our stay. The rooms were nice, quiet, decor was interesting (done by different artists on each floor). It was great to have access to the bar terrace at the back, and a pool in the basement. Breakfast was decent, with a good selection. Location was near to some reasonable priced (for Paris) restaurants, you could walk quickly to bars, brasseries and two Metro stations in 5 minutes.

Some minor niggles: the pool is small and only 1m 10cm deep, so not really useful for swimming - more of an adult paddling pool! There was not much storage space in the room - no drawers, just a single wardrobe. Breakfast bar staff were not as friendly and helpful as the front desk staff - I tried to get an espresso, and they pointed me to the brewed coffee in a pot, which is great but not the same thing, and didn't indicate the espresso machine literally opposite (which I found myself the next morning). The location is set back from the main streets, so it is quieter, but on an unattractive corner.
