In a good location in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of Paris. Close to metro stations, 5 minute walk. Plenty of local cafes and supermarkets.

When I was doing checkin, the staff informed about security tax of room. I needed to pay a tax for room, but I never went to informed before and the tax was very very expensive. I didn’t prepare for this.

Clean, bright, modern rooms with windows and a good view. Triple room with separate single bed. Rooms nicely decorated. Rooms are very small but well appointed. We fit two adults and a child plus luggage in triple room without too much problem. Friendly, helpful staff.

Our rooms were on the top (6th floor). There is a (tiny) one person lift- good to get luggage up and down but you need to use the stairs at times to get everyone (family of 5) up and down in good time.

J'aime! I liked that it was in a non touristy area even though yes I was a tourist. But it made me feel more like a local. The rooms had AC which was a big plus since we're visiting in August. Close to the Metro. Close to so many cute restos. Close to Pere Lachaise. The staff were super friendly. They have candy and tea out for guests. The overall place and rooms were cute. Showers were nice. Comfy bed. Could stream YouTube on the TV. They held our luggage for a couple hours on the day we checked out. Great checkout time of noon gave us more time to get ready. Loved this place, definitely recommend. Lastly, everyone in the 20eme arrondissement we interacted with was super helpful and friendly from our server at the place where we got brunch, to the cashier at the Franprix, to the woman at the pharmacy who helped me find the right sunscreen.

Like most places in Paris, it can be a little noisy at night when you're trying to sleep but again, this hotel has great attention to detail and provides you with earplugs.

Stayed for an entire week and it was perfect. The hotel is not very close to the major sights, but I loved exploring the neighborhood. It felt more like the "real" Paris, far away from the crowds of tourists but very busy with locals. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the area. The room was awesome and the staff very helpful. Will definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Paris!

A little loud. The traffic didn't even bother me so much, but the doors to the rooms close very loudly, and most other guests didn't seem to care if they wake up others or not. But that's not really the hotel's fault, and there were free earplugs in the room.

Nicely renovated old building in the 20e arrond, very convenient for what I needed. Although my room looked onto the main road, and earplugs were provided in the room, I did not use them and I found the room to be very quiet. There's a small mini-bar provided, but no coffee-making facilities which is a bit disappointing. The staff were very friendly and obliging. A good buffet breakfast is provided if wanted for 14euro. It is not particularly close to any of the local metro stations.

- location was quite far away from the metro and the buses are highly unreliable - there was no hand towel in zhe bathroom, not even a water kettle in the room. That was disappointing - the room size is very, very small. It looked much bigger on the pictures

nice clean boutique hotel close to carrefour, food shops, pastries shops, bus and metro stations. hotel staffs are friendly. hotel can keep your luggage before check-in and after check-out. has a heated bathroom floor.

room size is small but this is normal in Europe. public transport to Eiffel Tower and Arc De Triomphe will take close to one hour despite it being in central Paris. however the hotel is only half our, one bus ride from the Paris Gare Du Nord train station.

Room was just big enough. I thought the bed was quite comfortable (it was a bit hard for my husband though). Staff was very nice. Quiet and dark at night. Good location with lots of fantastic food shops for bringing back dinner snacks.

Our room did smell of toilet if the toilet lid and bathroom door were left open, it was very strong when first coming back the room every day. The airco malfunctioned for a few hours on one of the hottest days but thankfully they were able to get it working again.

The staff were always willing to help with any queries or problems, no matter the time. On one occasion we asked the reception staff to make us a reservation in a restaurant, and upon leaving they ordered me an Uber to get to the airport to ensure I would not miss my flight. The neighborhood in which the hotel is located is also great if you want a taste of the lives of normal Parisians, as it's not too "touristy" but also makes access easy to other parts of the city.

The room was smaller than expected, bit sufficient as most of the days were spent out and about the city.
