The property is managed by, I believe, 2 brothers as it is a family run Business. One of the brothers named 'Atar' is genuinely the sweetest person you will ever meet. He always had a smile on his face, greeted us always as we went out/came in and was more than happy to see us speaking French (even basic words). The room was great value for money. It is a very small and cozy room which has got pretty much everything you need in a room. I would recommend to book this only for a couple. Anymore than 2 persons or even with a kid, it might be difficult to adjust for you. We used to go our in the morning to explore the city and come back in the night and we used to always find out rooms cleaned with new bedsheets, new towels, new toiletries, etc. when we came back. It was lovely. The location is the best you can ask for: 2 mins walk in either directions from 2 metro stations, very close to Paris Nord Train station (15 mins away) and situated in the heart of a blossoming market with a lot of Boulongaries and French shops and supermarkets. Even after our check out, we kept our luggage at the property which was taken care of exceptionally well. It is the safest place to stay and we liked everything and would love to stay here again if we ever plan to go back to Paris. Merci Atar and everyone at the property!

The room only had 2 power points. Not a complain. But maybe at least 3 (one on each side of bed) would have been great. Presently, it only had 1 on one side of bed and the other beside the window. Everything else was lovely!

The staff was amazing. We understood each other in English perfectly. Any questions about the city and public transport were answered successfully. Day by day our bed was made perfectly, soap was renewed constantly. The breakfast was good and the taste of coffee is something that I’ll remember for a long time. This is a place for a trip on budget, really close to the Metro station. We spent most of the evenings in the neighborhood enjoying cocktails. The Hotel has safety measures and they close it after midnight. There is a man who gladly opens the door for those who decide to stay more. I will be back at Hotel Des Vosges. I recommend it with all my heart.

We stayed there for 6 nights. Very clean and good size room. Toilet and shower were perfect. Stuff was good, no complains at all about them. Subway/metro, good and fair price restaurants, pastry shop, grocery store, all just meters away from the hotel. We had a free ride from the airport. Thanks a lot for that too.

The poor flat TV on the wall ... as small as a laptop screen. Early in the morning there is a lot of activity on the street. You are better with the windows closed. If you have neighbors upstairs or in the room next to you, you can hear them walking and talking, or even locking their doors. Attention for the summer tourists: No A/C in the room. Expect the very basic. Same about the breakfast: Bread, gem, butter, coffee/tea (That's it). For 5 Euros you can have a couple of great croissants, or cream cakes and 1-2 espresso/americano at your choice just by crossing the street at one of the little pastry shops/patisseries.

The 2 people we met were really nice. Very helpful and welcoming.

The only thing was the lack of a kettle or tea/ coffee facilities. We travel with our teabags and coffee!

The rooms and bathrooms were clean and sufficiently large for our family. The location is very next to the train station and there are many places to eat. Very convenient to travel to any other central locations if you are fine to take a train or bus. If you buy Paris Zone 1 & 2 day metro travel pass, you can visit all prime attractions of Paris in a very cost effective way. The staffs were very responsive and helpful and this gave us a great experience while staying there. The breakfast was good.

The noise prevention in the room was not great and you can hear people walking, talking outside. But this was not a big problem and he had good sleep. No station for Paris hop on and off bus near to the hotel, however, with a Paris Zone 1 & 2 day pass one can visit all the prime locations within the central area at Euro 8.5 per person which is very cost effective.

Great location with a metro station within 2 minutes and another line around 6-7 minutes. There was also a super market next to the hotel and a few bakeries and fast food restaurants just across the street. The staff was very helpful, and the room was being cleaned every day. For the price this was a 10/10 stay.

The exterior of the building needs renovation or a paint job. Ιt looks almost abandoned. That was not the case from the inside where everything was nice and clean.

Actually I was surprised as it was not expensive and generally cheaper hotels in Paris are not good. However my room was clean and comfortable. Location is very accessible to centre via metro, bus or bike. The area is not touristic but I liked that. Ultimately while not luxurious it is good cheaper accommodation in an area from which you can get easily around. Recommended

No lift. My room had no aircon but they gave me a fan. The area is okay but obviously it is not St Germaine.

The place was very clean and overall well connected since there's the metro station within a few minutes. We only stayed a night but it was super useful the 24hour check in and the breakfast was offered. We really appreciated the receptionist's effort to speak english

I suffered from two different scam attemps and I asked for assistence more than once in 3 months but I only got answered the day of the reservation. What if I changed my credit card and got my money stolen?

The personnel is exceptional there! Really nice people, ready to help anytime! Don't be afraid of 4th floor - it has really nice view if you will get the corner room. Very very tidy and clean - with everyday cleaning. Rooms are modest but you got there everything you need. For a breakfast you are going to get cripsy fresh baguette with butter, jam and coffee - and nothing more is needed if you are in Paris :)

We liked the fact that the information we had about this accommodation, was accurate. The place was only four minutes walk from the metro station and had been completely renovated, the beds were very comfortable, the room was being cleaned on a daily basis. Good value for money.

Although the hotel had been completely renovated, the building was pretty old, the staircase very narrow-as well as the steps-, there was no elevator, and the building had five floors! Linens and towels need to be replaced as they are pretty worn out. No mirror in the room, other than the little one in the bathroom. Very poor neighborhood.
