The hotel was really good, and the staff was too kind with us, is a good hotel if you want just to sleep and spend the night there, but if you want to relax is not the best option. But the bed was really comfy and the bathroom was clean and that’s what matters.

The noise, in the streets but also inside the hotel, the other guests were disrespectful and they started laughing at 1am really loud and the walls were too thin so we can hear everything.

It was super clean, very spacious bedroom and in a very centric place. The bedroom had two floors, it was big and very cute. No doubt that if I go back to Paris I’ll stay in this hotel. Totally recommend it. The only con is that we had to wait until 3pm for them to give us the bedroom although they told us that at 14h it would be ready, but not such a big deal.

The Hotel is on Line 2 of the Metro, which enables quick transfers from Gare de Lyon and to Gare du Nord. The hotel is clean and comfortable. I had a double bed and the room was quite spacious. The Hotel is quiet with good sound proofing. The Hotel is near to several restaurants.

The check-in process took about 15 minutes. This was not a problem for me but may be for others but the check-out was quick. The room I was in was a bit bare and I felt it was overpriced. However, I felt safe in the area and with all the advantages, I enjoyed my stay.

Neat room and bathroom and the best location safe and fun to be there with lots of varieties to to choose and late night was safe for me and my son. People very sweet and polite to trust again. Nice community multicultural area so relaxing for younger and oldest too The COVID test medical center acceptance for international traveling is just across the tiny road in front of the hotel. Even Sunday is open there and not expensive and fast service. Awesome location near the city “Eiffel Tower” by Uber (best deals and professional bilingual/English speakers drivers) as well like 20 mins without traffic

No coffee available in the rooms but outside you have plenty coffee places to go

The hotel is clean and comfortable, but quite basic. Which suited us very well - I loathe paying for facilities that we'll never use. If you want a reasonably priced bed for the night in a thriving area of the city, you can't go wrong. Transport into the centre of Paris is easy as well.

The chap at reception was the grumpiest bloke I've ever come across in customer service (and I work in customer service!) And the cleaners don't half make a racket in the morning.

The staff was nice and kind. They did not speak English, but communication was easy nontheless and we had a good laugh, so this is not an issue. The room was nice and clean and we would get new towels every day and trash bin would be emptied. We had everything we needed in the bathroom and the street wasn't too loud. The location is great because a bus station and a metro are right there and the area in itself is really nice and there's plenty of places to get food/drinks. :)

One night had an issue getting back into the hotel with the door code.

This is a perfect 'no frills' hotel, well positioned within one minute's walk of the metro. The hot and cold water is perfect. The lighting provided and location of power points far better than many 5* hotels. And there are real wooden coat hangers! Will definitely stay again.

Excellent location and value for money. Very comfy bed. Very cool location, next door to a lovely bakery for breakfast.

Bathroom was very tight and the shower door was broken. Other than, absolutely spot on.

Everything, the location was just perfect, clean rooms and bathroom. We loved the place and the location of this place made it easy for us to traverse through Paris smoothly. I would love to come back again to this place, whenever I visit Paris again!
