The staff service was exceptional, they helped us book all things we needed and resolved any issues where they arose, fantastic service from the team and really personal.

Do check that you aren’t there during their annual spa cleaning. We enjoyed it for 2 days but then it was closed for the remaining time we were there. We also did not like the shampoo and body wash they provide. Very strong chemical smell. Our room was a decent size (for Paris) - but a bit small for a longer stay. But everything else was excellent!

The service was amazing. We were travelling with our baby and everyone was so sweet and considerate from The reception to the bell boys to the restaurant and housekeeping staff. They also helped me to make baby food and sterilise her things, it was a huge help. The courtyard is also so pretty, we loved having a coffee and enjoying the sun breeze and plants, it really did feel like a Japanese garden.

The spa, we didn’t really explore it much it didn’t feel very extensive and the jacuzzi was not hot. Also when I said to the staff that I prefer a heated jacuzzis rather than refreshing jacuzzis they got very defensive, but I didn’t mean it in a bad way, it was just and unnecessary conversation. I also felt like the rooms were small for the price but this is Paris.

Excellent location right around the corner from the Grands Magasins and Opera Garnier, with easy access to several Metro lines. The Yakuza restaurant serves top notch, if pricey, food. Lovely breakfast served at table. The room was on the small side, but comfortable nonetheless. Welcoming and friendly staff who ensured that my birthday celebration was a memorable one.

Only poor experience was in-room dining. It was bad, both trying to call for it (had to walk downstairs to lobby to figure it out) and the food itself. Could only order a chicken club or Asian fusion- kind of weird. They also had stuff on menu they said they never served also no attendee at the spa so I couldn’t book a massage.

spa no where to lay down just can sit. Breakfast one day all food included another one salmon , avocado … and other no . so I didnt understand that. maybe depend on workers

as we had to leave early for the airport on 13 feb, the front office staff had kindly arranged for simple breakfast (coffee & bread) to be delivered to our room that morning around 6am so that we can leave around 6:45am. however, nothing came till we called the front office, the front office staff said there was no such breakfast arrangement, of course we were hungry and disappointed to some degree. our stay was somewhat marred by this

From the minute we arrived, the staff were on hand to help with anything we needed, and made us feel very welcome. Even before checking in, we were offered drinks and comfort. Housekeeping even cleaned our room again at night when turning down our bed, which was greatly appreciated. Location was excellent, we turned left and Galeries Lafayette was on our doorstep.
