We had a room in the top floor of the hotel with a little balcony. The street is quiet, almost no traffic. The hotel is in walking distance of the Opera Bastille or the Louvre. We enjoyed very much that we could walk to every destination. The staff is mainly young people, all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and there was free coffee or tea and some cake all the day.

The elevator does not reach the top floor. You have to carry your luggage one floor. For us this was no problem at all, but people with some handicap should be aware of this.

Great location, very clean room. Very good selection for breakfast. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom shower was fantastic.

Alot of noise coming from other rooms, not really the property's fault because it was just inconsiderate guests who think it's OK to let your kids jump and play on the stairs, as well as laugh and bang around at 1am on their way home. (each of our 4 night stay) We asked for gluten free bread at breakfast on the first morning- which was understandable, however had to ask for same every other morning, and on the last morning there was only 1 slice available for us to share.

The hotel and the location are excellent but what made us enjoy our stay the most is how friendly and attentive the staff was. We traveled to Paris to spend my wife's birthday and since the moment we mentioned that, she was constantly congratulated and she received a note and a gift while we were out. Also, the staff reminded us about an upcoming strike that could impact our return home, we were provided with umbrellas when raining and the hotel provides some snacks and coffee. All of this made our experience very enjoyable

Nothin in particular, though the window was facing an office so we had to be mindful when leaving the curtains open. But that's more than expected in a centric hotel

Very polite and helpful staff. Great breakfast with fresh croissants, bread selection of cheese and ham, crepes, waffles etc. Very clean rooms with everyday cleaning. Great location with 2 metro stations very close, 15min on foot from Louvre! Surrounded from restauranta and bars for a quick dinner / drink. Very quiet during night we had long and deep sleep.

The room we stayed was extremely small (13sqm). So if you have 2 luggages (we were staying for 6days) you actually do not have space to stand up in the room. We requested a bigger one and they changed us immediately (very positive!) but still it was 13,2 sqm.

The location, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Our bed was made daily and fresh towels provided. Quality of shampoo, hand lotion, etc provided (Grown Alchemist) is the best! We had a terrace which we could retire to at the end of a long day walking and enjoy a drink. Breakfast was good.

We didn’t realize there would not be a small fridge in the room but that was an oversight on my part. Would come in hand for having cold water to drink in stead of room temperature water provided.

- staff who top up the breakfast might need to enhance food, health and safety knowledge, we saw them top up food without gloves, or use same pair of gloves to serve food, change bins and clean rubbish.

Spotlessly clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Lovely room. Friendly staff. Great location as a base for all attractions, short walk to metro, but walkable to some attractions. Breakfast fresh, hot and cold options, unlimited hot drinks 24hrs at reception and pastries one evening. Felt safe. Recommend.

Only 1 English TV channel, which was 24 hour news. No subtitles option for other channels. Not enough shelving in bathroom/room for personal items and toiletries, with 3 sharing a room. This would not put us off returning!

Great, tasty breakfast with different varieties of food (salty and sweet). Love that we could use a coffee machine all day long in a price of our reservation (both coffee and tea were delicious). Best location and very helpful staff. I love this place and will totally recommend it to my folks.

Scrambled eggs and sausages served for breakfast were cold (maybe the machine didn’t work to make it warm). We took triple room, but there was only two cups - it’s not a big deal though, because we could have take it from the lobby.

Hotel was well connected to the metro and within walking distance to various attractions. Breakfast was good, room (incl bed and bathroom) was both comfortable and spacious. Excellent space for a family. Hotel has nice decor and is very clean. Area is safe, quiet and at the same time close to various restaurants. Well recommended.
