The location was amazing. Walkable to a lot of Paris attractions and department stores (Lafayette and Printemps) Very close to Metro stations (to line M8 and M9) if you needed to go somewhere farther. The rooms were very nice, modern, and clean. Staff was very helpful in making reservations at restaurants and clear in communication. WiFi and hair dryer worked well.

The hotel itself was going under some construction while we were there (August 2023), so there was no "sleeping in" as there was construction going on in the morning (around 9am). Our room's toilet paper holder fell off the wall once, and there was a shelf in the bathroom that looked like it was about to fall off the wall -- almost made me feel like the construction was rushed for our room. The elevator/lift was very small (even for Europe), but still functioned great. No fridges in rooms, but front desk allowed us to use their refrigerator/freezer.

Lovely hotel on quiet side street but close to many shops and walking distance from Opera. Rooms were modern, well appointed and with double fire doors helping to soundproof from corridor/stairs. The breakfast looked lovely but sadly our schedule didn't allow breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Well furnished and laid out extremely well to maximise the space. So actually no real complaints beyond the lift size. USB ports by bed both sides and full length mirror and a very powerful shower. And a decent Hairdryer not a bathroom hold-in type seen in a lot of hotels. Good array of teas coffees and chocolate almonds with complimentary toiletries in bathroom plus a decent TV should you wish to watch it.

Our room was 5th floor and the lift is miniscule. Not suitable for disabled guests if staying higher up building. Shame as lovely place. Definitely keeps you fit. Small room but as expected from Paris standards so all good.

This little gem of a hotel has a fantastic location just a few feet off of Blvd Haussmann, convenient to Metro & buses, restaurants, pastry shops and shopping, and just a few minutes walk to Paris Opera House and Galeries Lafayette. Rooms are quite small, but very attractively furnished and extremely clean. Front desk staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Our room was quite small, but for our short stay, that was perfectly fine. We would not recommend for a long stay or if you just feel the need for lots of space. The elevator was so tiny, it could not accommodate guests plus luggage, but front desk staff were happy to immediately bring our bags to our room.

The location of the hotel is amazing. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, while small, they are very well designed. Over all I loved our stay.

I expect a small room for such a great location in Paris, so this was not a problem. Would I have liked bigger - yes. The hotel is expensive, however, this is the price you pay for location and quality in Paris. The lift was very small (and we knew this from the reviews prior to coming) - I wasn't expecting it to be that small but it was incredibly entertaining every time we used the lift. Overall these things I 'liked least' did not impact our stay.

THE AMAZING STAFF, HOSPITALITY WAS EXCEPTIONAL! I LOVED MY STAY. I OPTED TO UPGRADE TO THE SUITE FOR SPACE AND IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT, I'D HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING THE TERRACE SUITE. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AND THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND MODERN. BEST I HAVE STAYED AT IN THE AREA. THERE'S ALSO LATE NIGHT EATS/HAUNTS IN WALKING DISTANCE WHICH IS GREAT IF LIKE ME, YOU SUFFER FROM JET LAG AND WANT DINNER AT 3AM! THANKS AGAIN DREAM HOTEL, IT WAS A LOVELY STAY AND I'LL BE BACK!

NOTHING TO NOTE, I LOVED THIS PLACE

Hotel is in a decent location with easy access to the metro stations. Bed was very comfy, room was small but not an issue. The use of the hammam was an added bonus. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Being British, we love a cup of tea and the tea bags and milk supplies were not replenished in the room and we had to keep asking reception for more but they were more than happy to do so!

The hotel is very central and exceptionally close to the main plazas. Though the street looks kind of shabby, it is a quite and a safe place. Also if you happen to check the next street, you will see a beautiful view of the Basilica. A bunch of restaurants and cafes nearby for food.

The room was rather small, we actually marvelled at the architect as like who actually could have used the whole space soo efficiently, but that might be my bad once again cause I do remember seeing a warning regarding the room size.

The hotel was very good with a great location, the rooms were very clean and quiet and had a good size. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and kind. The elevator is small and has one person, which is not important at all because the hotel has many positive points. Overall, I was very satisfied and I recommend it to everyone and I will choose this hotel again.

Good location overall and super friendly staff. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The Superior Room is a must for a better sized bathroom if you are a tall person. Breakfast was ok it had the essentials.

Small rooms overall so keep that in mind. The elevator is also very small but that's quite characteristic for the area in general. There were some slight issues with the warm water at one point but nothing too major.

Pre-check in and arrival on the day were faultless. Reception was charming and efficient and bag delivery to the room was prompt and friendly. Everything was clean and in good order and the location is perfectly central for walking to all of Paris. Hamman is worth a go - again, all the staff were fantastically helpful. The lift is the smallest in the world but does the job if you aren't too big!
