We were upgraded but asked to move or have separate duvets as needed twin beds. We were moved straightaway. The breakfast was good. The hotel was only about 14 minutes walk from the Louvre, near a metro and within walking distance to the Gare du Nord train station and about halfway between Montmartre & the Seine so we were able to walk to most tourist sites. We were able to leave baggage after checking out until time to collect it to return home. Staff were accommodating.

The room to which we were moved had a poor smell of drains as it was on the first floor but it may be that the hotel can do little to change this. Also I could not have a bath as the plug did not work but I was able to use the shower instead. The WiFi reception was also poorer than in the upgraded room from which we had moved. I did not raise this given I had already asked to move

The room was beautiful and comfortable, just like the pictures show. Metro station is easily accessible. After checking out i was able the leave my luggage there safely for several hours.

The language barrier made it hard to communicate with the staff, english is not very well spoken. Upon arrival my room wasn't the cleanest. Also, the shower was barely enough to fit me in it even though I'm petite. I didn't like that the entrance was in a sketchy looking alley.

Kind and helpful staff. Small perfect room. Wonderful location and great value, as Reservstion made within the week I came unexpectedly. I felt chez moi.

Elevator was out but night staff carried my bags up fir which I was grateful as I am 72 years old! Shower needs a safety bar as I am large sized n as uo hill. W a shower door inside the shower as the door to the shower is modern n folds, but getting in and out of that folding door entrance is dangerous. A safety bar will prevent falls that are possible!

The main benefit of this hotel is the location, it's close to the Louvre Museum, about 1km, from there everything is on walking distance. The neighborhood is also safe, we could walk around anytime, which was perfect for us, and made possible we walk around the city until 1a.m pretty much every day. Staff was friendly, and helped us by storing our baggages on the last day until our flight time.

The only thing I probably didn't like was the shower, the pressure was fine, but the design of it was strange, after one shower, we would wet the whole place.

i 'm staying in here for 6 nights. all the staff n people were so nice n helpful. the breakfast is simple but good enough wifi was good connection. hotel local in the opera area. and easy to hving nice bar , cafe, restaurants n supermarket like G20 & Carrie four around. i found 2 nice jazz club nearby, can easy to reach there in 20mins. i will come back to Paris n lived in the Lautrec Opea definitely.

I had a very good stay at Hotel Lautrec Opera - my room was clean, spacious and comfortable! The hotel is very well located in central Paris and is decently priced, considering how expensive hotels usually are in this area. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay and don't care about it being "fancy", this hotel is perfect for most.

The lift was broken when I was staying there, which meant you could only access the lift from level 1. It was slightly annoying if you had heavy luggage that you had to lug up or down the stairs for check-in/check-out. Aside from that, nothing else to complain about.

The hotel is magically situated near Montmartre and the Opera of Paris.

I stayed 2 hours after the official check out for serious reasons. The guy at the reception charged me 50 euros for the late checkout. He was rude and offered no receipt or explanation.

Central location with easy access to public transport and lots of shops, bistros and bars. Room size was ok for Paris. Enough space to stow things away. Good heating. Very clean and comfortable. Overall friendly staff and it was easy to book another night. Good value for money.

Bathroom is cold because there is no heating. Shower door is a bit narrow.

Staff was friendly. Location is awesome very close to the Garnier opera house and a few metro lines. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet even though in the real center of Paris.

Furniture in room was old and quite simple, and decoration also (especially when you think about the artistic reference in the hotel's name). But still it was enough for a short stay.

very clean rooms and comfortable beds. bathroom was clean and came with extra towels, shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer. the room came with a heater/ac unit, tv, and a refrigerator in the closet. perfect area to book hotel and walking distance to everything. super easy to find and lots of restaurants around the property to find.

I have nothing to complain about the property it was amazing.
