A beautiful hotel with a very convenient location near quatre septembre metro, with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops. The room was very quiet. The bed was big and comfortable. The stuff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was included and was tasty. Included pancakes, croissants, cheeses, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit salad and many more yummy choices. We stayed at room 602 with a big terrace and a bath inside the room. The lobby has many sitting corners, art books and decorated with art works. We will definitely stay here again.

I liked everything!

Everything was great! the service was very good, the breakfast was great, it was clean and available to all the places that we wanted to visit in Paris.

sometimes the air conditioning was off, maybe it’s because the the electrical switch or it’s get the maximum hot.

Great location by Opera station for the Metro and RER trains - very central. We had two rooms that connected which was great for our party of four. Small balcony on one of the rooms was great to sit outside on and eat pastries while looking out at the roof tops of nearby buildings in Paris. Had a small elevator.

No face cloths provided (but large and small towels were). Had to leave a note for housekeeping for more tea bags during our four night stay and to get the air conditioner left on during the day as it was a hot couple of days for part of the time when we stayed.

I would strongly suggest this hotel due to its prime location. With numerous restaurants and shops in close proximity, it also offers convenient access to public transportation and is within walking distance to the Louvre. Additionally, the hotel boasts an excellent breakfast spread featuring delectable scrambled eggs, a variety of cheeses, meats, bread, and other delicious options to choose from. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the accommodations themselves are both cozy and clean. The lobby is also a standout feature with its stylish decor and captivating art pieces.

Upon my arrival, which was late in the evening, I purchased two bottles of water from the reception and was charged 10 euros. This seemed to be a bit costly to me.

The location of the hotel is magical, in the quiet street, but right in the middle of everything. The Opera is within 1 minute walk from the hotel, Shopping mall, the Louvre museum, and Champs-Élysées all within walking distance. I was walking mainly to every destination of my interest. The Hotel staff is very friendly, you feel welcomed and cozy in the room. Ten stars for all of them!!! They will give you also all the extra needed information that you need for your stay in Paris. The room temperature was great. The hotel and the room were very clean. Cozy charming room, on a bit of the small side, but what was promised was delivered I would not complain here. Very clean, and the bathroom was great. The breakfast was also very good, although it was not fitting into my schedule so I have been to the breakfast only once. The room had a kettle so that was perfect as I want to kick off my day with a coffee in my room. I would come back if I have to stay in that area for sure!

This is what can be improved in general, not actually a complaint... I was missing a room service and a kitchen maybe for late during the day when I was tired from the day and all the walking. The bathroom has one external wall with glass that was a little bit uncomfortable, so maybe they can do something about this in the future. Although, looks like this is an authentic design of French architecture so maybe they wanted to keep it like that on purpose. Didn't like: I didn't like the view from the room, but they can not do much about that, thus my rate is 9, not 10 :)

Exceptionally helpful and forthcoming staff, great location, the room was comfortable for a short stay ( very modest in size, was pleasant for a weekend stay) with a very pampering bathroom and shower. Exceptional breakfast, best hotel kitchen coffee machine I encountered.

The room could use bigger cupboards or closets, we didnt have a kettle so couldn't boil water for coffee or tea, the seats are very uncomfortable, literally couldnt sit and have a midday toast and a snack, no coffee table, no chairs. Also could use better lightning, as the window in our room was beyond the bed head and was hard to reach.

We were a group of 3. We did enjoy the terrace immensely and the adjoining rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and they did have air conditioning, which was a bonus because it was very warm.

This may sound a bit nit picky, but I needed more than 1 pillow, especially it being flat. Also, would have like a wash cloth and there were no extra rolls of toilet paper. Overall the hotel was nice, just pricey.

convenient located close to the metro. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. The staff was wonderful they went out of their way to find an earring that we forgot in the hotel and we noticed after check-out. House cleaning went out of their to find it back. With a positive result.

The price for breakfast was too high for us.

The hotel has a great location, relatively close to the most famous sightseeing places. It is 10 minutes away from the Louvre and within a long walk distance from Eiffel Tower and Arc De Triumph. Staff was friendly and nice. The breakfast was delicious.

There was a little misunderstanding in the beginning. One couple of our group had to wait 15 min. upon arrival cause our room was given to someone else. After that we were promised a bottle of water as a compensation for the waiting. Unfortunately when we checked out we were asked to pay for that water. On the second day we got information that we need to change the room cause of other misunderstanding. We did that and the manager gave us a small discount. Although unpleasant, the situations were resolved eventually.

The location was the best , easy to walk everywhere , the staff was friendly , helpful The est choice I made it to stay in Paris ,🗼 I back probably next week to this magical place
