Upon check in we were warmly greeted at the front desk by Viviane. As we arrived early, our room was not quite ready. Viviane graciously seated us in the lounge with a coffee and croissant to enjoy while we waited. Our room was sparkling clean, with a very comfortable bed. As we were on the fourth floor, the elevator was appreciated! Although we did not have breakfast in the hotel, it looked to be a very complete morning spread! The hotel is located on a quiet side street with a lively bar/restaurant Chez Papa on the corner. There is a coffee/patisserie and a grocery just up the street and around the corner. And if you’re looking for a wonderful meal try Bourgogne Sud, a short walk away. Their escargot and beef Bourgogne are superb! The metro is close by, which we used once. Found it a little confusing, so we ended up walking just about everywhere. 8-10 miles a day! It was a wonderful way to get a real feel for the city, which was lit up like a Christmas tree for the holidays! We fell in love with this city and will be returning as there is so much more to see and do. We would happily stay at Maison Nabis again. Viviane and the entire staff were all very friendly and helpful. A true credit to this hotel.

Beautifully appointed boutique hotel in a great location of Paris. The deluxe room is considered big for Paris. Non deluxe rooms are likely too small for people who are used to North American hotel rooms.

Was celebrating my mother’s retirement and requested a balcony but it was not granted. There is no kettle in the room or anywhere on the property so we could not drink tea. They use Nespresso machines for hot water. This does not work for tea because the water will have coffee particles and smell. The hotel should get a kettle at least for the common area.

The hotel is very well furnished, very pleasant to the eye and comfy. A beautiful perfume is welcoming you in the lobby. The room was nice, clean and with everything you would need. The location is very close to three different metro stations, so absolutely a plus if you need to use the Metro. Super bed, big shower, TV and air conditioning present and working perfectly, also the free wi-fi was fast. The neighborhood is quiet, calm and welcoming, with all of the services very close. A big plus: there was a free water machine, where you could fill your bottles as many times as you liked and in a very hot August it was very nice to have! Will definitely come again!

The only small thing was that the bathroom door was very big and when opened was filling almost all of the space in the bathroom. But it's a small thing really to notice.

The location is phenomenal. Beautiful interior design and very helpful staff. The hotel is very clean and is maintained well.

There is just a cooking smell that fills the common area, could be managed better.

I loved the colors of the room and the bedding. The bed was very comfortable. I also loved the balcony - it was the perfect size, and the connecting balconies are covered by plants so that we have some privacy if the room next door is outside at the same time. The lobby had a water and coffee station. The lobby and the dining area were so cute. They also watch your bags for you during the day.

The bathroom is a bit tight, the sink drained a bit slowly, and the shower floor was a bit old-looking, but it was decorated nicely overall and was a very functional bathroom.

Very stylish property, short walk from the metro, safe area, lovely staff, good sized room, great shower pressure. TV worked well for streaming. Beds nice and firm. Fridge could have been colder, but was good enough, Air conditioning was great. Thank you for a nice stay.

The hotel is a boutique and very welcoming, we were greeted by the smiling and cute receptionist named George who personally helped me locate a valuable item that was lost in the previous hotel I was in. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated and also has a nice breakfast with coffee from a machine and a drink machine throughout the day. The area itself is close to Moulin Rose and Galerie Lafayette, in short a central area that is suitable for hikers to enjoy the atmosphere. Overall, the stay there was amazing and the price per night was not expensive at all compared to all the hotels around

Hotel has very beautiful decor and suuper friendly stuff. They are really great people, answered all our questions and helped with all we needed. Reception was also always available for us. Our room was very nice and spacious, we were also able to control temperature that was super helpful because it was very cold outside so we could stay warm in the room. Breakfast was tasty, not maybe super huge choice but all good quality and enough to enjoy. Great locations is a huge bonus

Bathroom was a bit cold, there was no heating available there and during our visit was very cold in Paris, but water was super warm so it was ok overall.
