Amazing cozy hotel,inside one of the living houses.Especially i want to highlight - Stuff ,very friendly and respectful ,it looks like they work here with whole heart.Clean,quiet hotel,around a lot of tasty restaurants,I highly recommend to try one of this!

One thing I don’t like,that in the end of our travel we was charged extra tourist fee for stay in the hotel it was around 44€ for 5 days.I really don’t understand why we was not notified about from booking,or charged before.So it was for us surprise.Other 2 hotel in France where we stay didn’t charge us for that.Just be prepared for that instant charge.

Felt like staying at best friend's. Nothing fancy but clean, quiet, decent size of the room, comfortable bed, excellent service, good tips as to what to see. Absolutely can do attitude. Thank you !

Well. Only just to mention but just to help the management: minubar should be either removed (as service) or the refrigerator there should work somehow. Otherwise leaves a funny feeling. In Room No. 12 please check there is no bulb in the desklamp, wall lamp next to the window does not work. in the toilet, the handle of the toilet brush is just broken. The door frame in the toilet needs some repainting.

The Le Grey is a very cute hotel in an awesome location. Rooms are small , but that is just Paris, beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet. We did not have breakfast so I can’t speak to the quality. Staff were very helpful. The best part about Le Grey is the location. 10 min walk to Moulin Rouge, lots of really great restaurants all within blocks of the hotel. You can walk to Printemps, Galleries Lafayette, and lots of boutiques. Check out Harry ‘s New York Bar, just a short walk from Lafayette Galleries. Go for an afternoon cocktail on the rooftop of Printemps.

We have no complaints about our stay here. We would definitely come back.

the aircon situation it was unusually warm in Paris during my stay however they didn’t have working aircon in the rooms even though it is advertised

Exceptional service in a well-decorated but aging hotel. Smart designs and touches with all the modern hotel amenities. While we didn't take the breakfast option, we did make use of the free coffee maker in the breakfast area. All the staff, from reception to the room cleaners were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room had two large windows that opened onto the active street below, but closed off all street noise when shut. Nice bathroom and big shower. Awesome location for touring Paris! Walking distance to Montmartre and Sacre Couer, 5 blocks from Moulin Rouge, and 2 blocks from either the Place de Clichy or Liege metro stations which will take you to most tourist sights in Paris (with maybe one change of train). Reception helped us with restaurant recommendations and reservations and directions. For a little bit older but well-kept boutique hotel, I would recommend Le Grey and we would come back.

The AC in our room never did seem to work, although our room managed to stay mostly cool because the entire hotel was running the AC comfortably.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The Privilege room was a good size for European hotels vs the Classic which our adult daughters were in....that room was difficult given their luggage so they never received maid service the 5 days we were there. The hotel isn't in the middle of the major tourist areas - you are in a more local neighborhood...nothing negative about this...you just need to understand where you are staying...the metro is nearby so it is not an issue....if you want more around you then this is not the hotel for you. The rooms were comfortable.

The bathtub shower design is poor...it was almost impossible to have a shower and not get water all over the toilet and floor as the half shower wall didn't go far enough along to prevent the water from spraying everywhere.

I can't say enough about our 2 weeks stay at Le Grey Hotel ! The staff was absolutely incredible and made the stay for us amazing. We felt like home there , specially Charlotte but outstandingly all your staff are fantastic. Breakfast was excellent and very well presented. the location was perfect. the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel is clean. great service overall. I would most definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Paris and again thank you Charlotte and Le Grey Hotel😊

Great experience. Staff was wonderful and welcoming. Rooms were kept clean every day. Nice quiet street. Parking for bikes and scooters right at the front of hotel. 10 min walk to Moulin Rouge area, close to Monmarta area with lots of restarants and bars

Although we booked suite type of room it was still a very small. Not sure also about the value for the money - our first experience in Paris, but I think that for 200eur per night there should be something bit more spacious. Hopefully I am wrong :))

The room was a good size, there was even an iron and ironing board. The bathroom had a large bath, with shower. The aircon worked well and was not noisy. The room was very clean and housekeeping did a great job every day. There was free water and soft drinks. The location was very good, quiet but only a few minutes from 2 different Metro stations. Breakfast was good too, Nespresso coffee, plus a good choice of food. The staff were great, always cheerful and helpful, hence 10/10

Lovely and tidy boutique hotel in Paris. The room was very clean and tidy and reception staff were very polite. Everything was well equipped and comfortable and we had a really pleasant stay. Hotel was in a convenient location with excellent metro and train links nearby. The lobby are was pleasant and welcoming as well. The stay at Le Grey hotel enhanced our trip a lot and we would recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Paris.

There could be more transparency over fees as a deposit of 50 euro was taken from us on arrival. We did get it back so no negativity there but we would have appreciated being made aware of this before placing the booking. Also, this may be a fault with booking.com so no grief against hotel but Tourist tax was higher as per Paris law then what was incorrectly listed on the booking.
