Service was great, Jacuzzi bath in the room was amazing. Area was really cool

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and made us feel valued from the start. The room was clean and although fairly small had everything you needed. The jacuzzi bath was lovely and was enjoyed numerous times throughout the stay. The hotel also offers almost 24/7 access to a spa in the basement (for a fee) which is a nice addition. The hotel is situated in a good location which is fairly central and close by to the metro. Overall would highly recommend if visiting Paris and need a reasonably priced hotel in a good location.

From the moment we entered the hotel, till the moment we left, we were made to feel special. We were well informed on all aspects of the hotel, timings and local amenities. We were shown to the room and had all aspect explained. The room was large with a comfortable bed and a fantastic spa bath with over head rainfall shower. The hotel is upmarket boutique with a really nice atmosphere and amazing staff.

The only downside I could see was the extra cost for the spa area in the basement. Whilst it afforded you personal use, it would have been nice to be able to do this via a free of charge booking.

Pros: * The staff was amazing: friendly; caring; we had an early flight during Paris fashion week and they really helped with taxi, which is a big problem in those days; precise advice how to get to the certain attractions most time efficiently. * True soundproofing, so you sleep with comfort; * Very comfy beds; * Jacuzzi works as intended and plenty of hot water; * the layout of the room is very smart, enough light and places to place your own things; * Several places to eat just few steps away and even nail salon right next to :); * Place Pigalle and Sacré Coeur available by foot; Gare St. Lazare nearby for quick connections and essential shopping; * Very clean.

Contra: Nothing.

Exceptionally helpful staff, great menu, comfortable, private rooms. They were extremely helpful with our large amount of luggage. The juice and coffee provided was delicious and breakfast was very satisfying. We felt very cozy and spoiled and happy. They were very kind even though we spoke very little French - English was not a problem for the staff. We really enjoyed the area lf the city as well. Not quite so crowded with tourists. The lighting features in the room were great.

Honestly, I can't come up with anything we didn't like. Just a tip from the staff - you will get the best price on a room by booking directly through their own website.

There is no option to put Do not disturb, so the cleaners come in every day to tidy the room . Even if I was in the room and locked the door, they would still open the door to come in. I've put the card to indicate the red light but still they would come in to clean

This was my 2nd time staying in this hotel with my partner we stayed in the Eiffel Tower room for our 1st time and this time we stayed in the Moulin Rouge room and I have to say both rooms were absolutely amazing . The staff were very nice and made us feel so welcome would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris .

We stayed in a nice thematic room (Opera) and enjoyed it. Soundproofing was spot on as there were roadworks going on on the streets but none of the noise got into the room. Great bath and TV.

For the price the room could be a bit bigger/more spacious. However it was well planned and there was not much need for more space, just a personal preference.

Our stay was wonderful, exceptional service, room is clean, quality food. Great location (walking distance to metro) surrounded with restaurants and bistros.

One little thing, it was very frustrating that there is no light on the bathroom mirror or any mirror on the makeup table. I was very difficult to put makeup on. I wish i brought my makeup mirror with LED light.

The location is very good, the rooms exude everything you are searching for, the staff are very very good. Breakfast was awesome. It was more than we were expecting.

I think everything exceeded our requirements.
