The room was very clean and functional, with a chair and desk that were convenient and next to an electrical plug. I saw school groups in the hotel, but my wing was extremely quiet and the bed was small but very comfortable. The Bois de Vincennes park is a quick walk or jog away and offers a great get-away from the city.
Breakfast is basic but had the advantage of being included in the price so I certainly wouldn't complain. The hotel is no-frills, but it's an excellent choice for a budget stop in Paris.

Proximity of Public transport
One lady at the open buffet restaurant talked roughly with me that I was not allowed to take sandwiches and afterwards she continued to have an eye on me on what I was taking for my breakfast and she asked me my card to verify if I stayed at the hotel. She was not welcoming at all. As an Indian lady, we are limited to what we eat normally. We are mostly eggtarian or vegetarian and our choice of food is limited.

I recently visited Paris alone and booked this hotel as it was offering single bedroom. The room was small enough to accommodate single person with the luggage. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was also good. Location was also not very far from the city, be it Effile tower or Louvre Museum you could reach via M6 and M1 in 30-40 minutes. Overall nice stay for a solo Traveller.
The breakfast could have been better for example, instead of vending machines juices they should server fresh one. Noodles, pastas could have been included in the menu.

very close to the transport:bus, metro, tram, trains to the outdoors. very calm and safe district. Nice clean room, with small but nice equipped toilet if we compare with other options in Paris. very good Wi-Fi
- the cleaning was only once(we were 3 nights there), but it wasn’t the whole cleaning, only the floor was washed and that’s all. -some people on the reception don’t speak English or speak it with difficulties. - once we asked for a vacuum cleaner but the receptionist said that thats impossible. may be because he didn’t get what we were asking for) - also (we had a flight at nigh) and we were asking the reception guy to explain us which night bus or train we could get to the airport. as a solution he offered us to to take taxi. not the best solution because then finally we found by ourselves how to get a bus. - when we were checking in, the receptionists forgot to mention that we had breakfast included

It is very reasonable in Paris, where the hotels are quite expensive nowadays. The room is not big, but there are not any inconveniences. Bus no.29 stops in front of the hotel. Supermarkets and restaurants are near the hotel (not in front). Cleaning is done every day. Many people mention the size of the bathroom and it is small, but I could use it without any problems. Breakfast is included. I will stay in this hotel again.
Metro stops are a bit far (900m) from the hotel. There is no parking.

I liked the hotel. Comfortable location (metro in 10-15 minutes by foot), polite staff on reception and in the restaurant. Wi-Fi. From the features: the hotel is quite big and maybe the corridor seems a bit long when you go to your room tired after a long walk at Paris center:) The restaurant is large and comfortable, breakfast was quite simple and same every day, but good and delicious. The single room was quiet, comfortable and you are asked if it needs to be cleaned every day at 10 am. It had a good toilet, shower, hair-dryer, sockets and even USB-slots. P.S. Learn some simplest usual French phrases before you come to Paris, so you can easier get the much needed information! Because many of the staff, either in the hotel or outside, like bus drivers, don't interested to speak to you in English!
Beware that the cleaning staff, can enter your room at 10 after a very quiet knock on the door, when you kind of have just woken up (keep closed your bathroom door when you take shower:)!

Very nice stay. Quality-price turns it into my first option for next stays in Paris. The single room is small, with a very small bathroom, but I did not need more. Everything was pretty clean and well maintained. Walls are thick, so no problem with noises from other rooms, which is really important for me. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. I'm only into sweet stuff in the morning, so I enjoyed the croissants, jam, yogurt, cereals, they even had almond milk! There were many salty options, but I did not pay attention. The location is fine also. Part of the area is social housing (Paris Habitat) but it seems rather calm, nothing to do with a "cité".

I think that location is very good, quiet but just 10 minutes from metro line 1 (I am very slow) and more connections by tram and buses also available nearby. It takes about 20 minutes by metro to get to the centre. Good selection of shops on the way from the station, small supermarket, bakery and even post office. All staff met at the reception, at the canteen and also cleaners were very nice and helpful. There was a small safe in the wardrobe! Not big enough for laptop but OK for tablet. Breakfasts were very good, there is an option to get self service lunch and dinner, paid in advance at the reception, haven't tried but heard it was also good.
Tiny bathroom but manageable. Not being able to reduce the heating so I slept not under but on a duvet - probably as I live in Scotland :)).

Excellent value for money only 62€ a night with breakfast included. It isn't a luxury hotel, but my single room had everything I needed . It was clean, well heated and had reliable wifi. The breakfast is amazing - worthy of that provided at great expense in other higher starred hotels- wide choice- yoghurt, fruit, bread, croissants, ham, cheese, scrambled egg. Very nice staff there too. You can also eat there in the evening for a modest price- but it's kind of school canteen food then
It is fairly distant from the centre of Paris, so it can take time to get there and going back and forth to the hotel during the day isnt an easy option. Bus 29 from St Lazare station stops really close by, but its departure times from the terminus at Porte de Montempoivre in the morning were fairly random! Not a problem for me, but be aware the rooms are small with a tiny shower cubicle

The location was fine for me being 10 minutes or so walk from the Porte de Vincennes metro station which was 45 minutes form Gare du Nord and central Paris and less than 30 minutes from Gare de Lyon. The Hotel offers value for money, if you accept that you have smaller than other hotels and a very small bathroom. However, at 6’ 4” I could cope OK. Despite being near the Peripherique, I had two full eight hours sleep on both nights I stayed. The breakfast is basic but offers plenty of choice and the breakfast room doubles as a restaurant at night, which I found helpful, although it presently closes at 20.30. The area is safe, although the lighting on the road outside the hotel is dim, but I could not see any other restaurants nearby as I approached the Hotel. The room itself was clean and well maintained and reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The room and bathroom space is small but this is reflected in the price.
