Great location (especially for Monmatre and Garde du Nord) and right by the metro for easy travel around Paris. The staff are so helpful and friendly, the rooms were decent size, breakfast was amazing, and the room was so quiet you'd never know you were in the middle of a city.

The hotel is nestled between 'adult' venues - the location won't be for everyone's tastes, especially those with children. But to stress the hotel is an oasis of calm and quiet when inside and you hear no noise from outsiide at all, we loved our stay and our 9yo didn't seem to notice what was in the shop windows

Great stay, our room had a nice view on Montmartre and we slep fantastic even if it is in a lively area. There is a filtered water point to refill your water bottle and the fridge in the room cools it down quickly. The metro is literally 50 m away which is perfect for visiting and only 3 stops from Gare du Nord. Plenty of nice bakeries and gift shops in the area too.

Our Maestro debit card could not be used for the deposit (despite being accepted for paying the city tax) so we used cash instead - just come prepared if you do not have another type of card ;)

The hotel is in a great location that is safe but also lively. Access to the meto right across the street made it easier to get anywhere in Paris in 15-25 minutes. Just steps away from Mon Marte. The hotel staff was great and welcoming. They give you large bottles of filtered water and snacks. Very clean rooms with no signs of bed bugs for those worried about Paris. I would 100% stay here again.

My only complaint would be that I found the bed to be very firm; however, I love a soft plush bed. I would 100% stay here again.

The room was very nice .. it wasn’t a big room but big enough for two. Decor very nice and a big comfy bed. There was a kettle in the room which was a nice touch, with a fridge and a safe box … all good. We didn’t buy the breakfast as we thought that it was too expensive. The hotel is in a very what you might call, interesting area; there are plenty of restaurants and shops around. Metro is just a couple of minutes from hotel. It’s about 40 mins to central area if you like a nice walk.

Price of breakfast was a bit steep. Nothing else … really enjoyed our stay and we would stay agin.

The hotel is super close to a metro station and a lovely walk away from Sacre-Coeur, which were the main reasons for staying here! The staff were friendly and helpful (luggage-hold is also an option) and there is a nice area in the reception to chill in. The room was decent - having nuxe products to use was a bonus! The neighbourhood was always lively, but having not researched the neighbourhood beforehand was a bit of a surprise when we reached but interesting!!

Good breakfast, and the staff were both friendly and helpful, pointing out a supermarket where I could buy a cheap power lead for my 'phone when Ifound I'd mislaid mine, and then lending me one that someone had left behind. Location, if, as everyone else has said, you don't mind the sex shop next door, was great. A 15 minute walk to the Sacre Coeur (less if you're fit), and some excellent restaurants on the way.

The room was tiny, even by Parisian standards. About 90 square feet, I'd say. You couldn't get to the toilet without touching the shower and the sink, one with your back, one with your front. The Wifi was just the least secure wifi I've seen in an age. I ended up using my 'phone's data to download emails to my laptop.

The staff was really helpfull. The location of the hotel is very practical. Walking-distance of Gare-du Nord (20min) and Mont Martre (15min). Our room (608) had a great view of the Sacre-Coeur.

The room was very nice, but because of the smaller size, the bathroom had a sliding door. Some improvements are possible to create a little bit more privacy with the sliding door.

Great location for a couple or adult travellers, if you have young kids be aware there are multiple sex shops just downstairs, depends on you. Staff was absolutely amazing helpful and polite at all times, the bed was amazingly comfy end even though the window faced the main road we had no disturbance!

The hairdryer was awful, took me 30 minutes on and off to dry my hair. Rooms seems quite small, which was perfect for our short stay, you may want to consider if you wish to stay longer. A small thing that annoyed me was the soap with Honey, my partner is vegan and we could not use it, I know is not a massive issue, and it seems like the whole city doesn't cater much for vegans anyway.

The staff here are amazing - everyone who worked here was so friendly, welcoming, helpful and spoke great English. Great communication from the moment I booked - the super helpful staff even made a restaurant reservation at a French restaurant for me in advance. Staff arranged a birthday macaroon plate for my husband's birthday. Good facilities at the hotel - free refreshments in the reception area, water refill station, Nuxe products in the bathroom, room cleaned well each day. Central location in front of Pigalle metro station and restaurants/bars in Monmarte- the area is busy but the hotel itself was quiet and no noise or disturbances from outside.

Room was quite small but as expected in Paris - we didn't spend much time in the room because of this but hotel does have plenty of seating space at reception Some small improvements could be made e.g. extra pillows in the bedroom, coffee machine in room, hair conditioner and body lotion in bathroom would have been good.

great location - lovely helpful staff - terrific breakfast buffet for 8 euros was excellent - sound proofed room meant a nice quiet sleep - would definitely recommend staying here

only issue was the shower was like a wet room and whatever we did the floor flooded so had to use towels to mop up - we were only there for 3 nights so we didn’t complain - not sure what could have been done about it - £566 for 3 nights not including breakfast a little on the high side but everything seems more expensive right now
